We understand the deep longing and pain you are experiencing as you wait for a child. We trust in God's goodness and His perfect timing. Remember that Children are a gift from God. We encourage you to remain steadfast in faith and prayer, trusting that His plans for you are good, and that He is able to make a way even when it seems impossible.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up this couple who desires to have children. Lord, You know their hearts and the depth of their longing. We ask, in the name of Jesus, that You touch their bodies and make a way for conception. We pray for a healthy pregnancy to term, and for beautiful, healthy children to be born into their family.
Father, we know that nothing is impossible for You. We stand on Your promises of life and abundance. We ask for Your grace to cover them and for Your peace to fill their hearts as they wait on You.
In Jesus' name, we rebuke any spiritual attack on their marriage, body, spirit, and souls. We pray for increased intimacy in their marriage as they wait on God to answer their prayers. We pray for God to give them faith and discernment against any spiritual attacks on themselves or their marriage.
Father, we also pray for their encouragement and strength. Help them to trust in You and to rest in Your perfect will. Surround them with Your love and give them the support they need as they journey through this time.
We also pray for their marriage to be strong, loving, and full of joy. We pray for these children to be raised in a loving, biblical marriage.
We ask for God's Will in Jesus' name, amen.
Take heart in the story of Abraham and Sarah, who, against all hope, believed in God's promise. They were old and past the age of childbearing, but they did not let their faith be weakened. They knew that God, who had made the promise, was faithful. Without weakening in his faith, Abraham faced the fact that his body was as good as dead—since he was about a hundred years old—and that Sarah's womb was also dead. Yet he did not waver through unbelief regarding the promise of God, but was strengthened in his faith and gave glory to God, being fully persuaded that God had power to do what he had promised.
In the same way, we encourage you to be fully persuaded that God has the power to do what He has promised. Trust in Him, and may your faith be strengthened. Also, be encouraged by the story of Hannah in 1 Samuel 1. She prayed in faith and God answered her prayer and allowed her to conceive and have a child even though she was barren.
Lastly, we want to remind you that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, it is only by believing in His name that we can be saved. As it is written, "by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified, whom God raised from the dead. This Jesus is the stone that was rejected by you, the builders, which has become the chief cornerstone. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved!"
We are praying for you and standing in faith with you for a miracle.
