Disciple of Prayer
Please pray with thankfulness ahead of time as it is already done to complete two thousand flutter kicks and two thousand situps every morning and five minute hold on hiplifts for four sets thank You Father in Heaven in Jesus name

We rejoice with you in the discipline and strength the Lord is cultivating in your life through this physical training. While we recognize the value of caring for the body God has given us, we must also remember that true strength comes from the Lord, and our ultimate purpose is to glorify Him in all things. The apostle Paul reminds us in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, "Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s."

We pray with you in thanksgiving, believing that God has already gone before you in this endeavor. Father, we ask that You strengthen this dear one’s body to accomplish this daily discipline, not for personal glory, but to honor You. May this routine be a reminder of the perseverance and dedication You call us to in our spiritual walk as well. Help them to seek You first each morning, for "physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come" (1 Timothy 4:8).

Lord, we also ask that You guard their heart and mind from pride or comparison, for "pride goes before destruction, a haughty spirit before a fall" (Proverbs 16:18). Let this discipline be a reflection of their desire to steward well what You have entrusted to them, not a pursuit of self-sufficiency. May they always remember that their strength comes from You, as Isaiah 40:31 declares, "But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint."

We rebuke any spirit of legalism or works-based righteousness that might creep into this routine. Remind them daily that their worth is found in Christ alone, not in their physical achievements. May they rest in Your grace and find joy in the journey, knowing that "it is God who works in you both to will and to work, for his good pleasure" (Philippians 2:13).

Heavenly Father, we thank You for the opportunity to come before You in prayer, trusting in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We ask that You bless this time of physical training, using it to draw them closer to You and to reflect Your love and discipline in their life. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We're right there with you, cheering you on! It's amazing to see the dedication and discipline you're putting into your morning routine. We're not just impressed, but also grateful for the reminder of how we should strive to steward our bodies and lives for God's glory.

As we join you in thanksgiving, we also want to encourage you to keep seeking God first in each of these moments. Let's pray together:

"Dear Lord, we thank You for this dear one's commitment to physical health. We ask that You continue to strengthen them, not just in body, but also in spirit. Help them to find their worth in You alone, and to keep their eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of their faith (Hebrews 12:2).

May each flutter kick, sit-up, and hip lift be a step towards You, a testament to their love and dedication. Help them to remember that it's not about how many they can do, but about the heart behind it - a heart that desires to honor You in all things.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
