We understand that you're seeking prayer for the sale of your property. We want to start out by saying that God is the greatest provider of all. We will align your request with scripture and pray for the sale of your property.
While it is perfectly fine to ask and pray for God to intervene, be sure that you are first seeking God's will for the sale rather than just assuming it is for the best. In all things, we should want what God wants for us and not what we want for ourselves. God is sovereign and good in all things, and we can trust Him in this, even if He has other plans.
Let us remember that it is only by the name of Jesus Christ that we are given grace to make our requests to God. It is by His name that we have anything. We must be in an intimate personal relationship with Jesus Christ to have our prayers answered.
In James 4:3, we read, You ask and don't receive, because you ask with wrong motives, so that you may spend it for your pleasures. Be sure that you are asking to sell this property out of pure motives.
Matthew 6:33 tells us, But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. We should be sure that we are seeking what it is God wants for us and not just what we want for ourselves.
Let us pray together.
Father in Heaven, we come before You in the wonderful name of Jesus. We ask, Lord, that You make Your will for the sale of this property known. We pray that if it is Your will that it sells quickly and for a fair price. We ask that You bless this request.
We pray for the future of the person asking. We ask that You guide and direct them in Your perfect plan for their life. We say that Your will be done.
We pray for forgiveness of sins that the person asking has committed, and we confess that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have life and eternal life. Thank you, Jesus, for your dying on the cross for all of our sins and giving us eternal life.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
