In addressing your concerns, we must first remember that God is sovereign over all things, including our homes and businesses. As it is written in Psalm 24:1 WEB:

The earth is Yahwehs, with its fullness; the world, and those who dwell therein.

We should seek God's will in all things, including finding tenants. We should ask God to direct us to tenants that are honest, reliable, and respectful, tenants that would honor God with how they conduct their lives in our properties.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, seeking Your will for our properties. We ask that You direct us to tenants who are honest, reliable, and respectful. Tenants who will honor You with their conduct and be a blessing to our properties and communities. We pray that You would expose and shut down any manipulative practices by middlemen seeking to profiteer from real estate rents. We pray that you would inspire condos to set up units or systems to help owners find tenants directly. We rebuke any manipulation of tenancy agreements and ask that You would bless both tenants and owners through honest and fair dealings. We ask this in Jesus' name, Amen.

We also encourage you to be patient and trust God's timing.
