We lift ### before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, knowing that without Christ, there is no true purpose, no lasting guidance, and no salvation. The Word of God is clear: *"For what does it profit a man to gain the whole world, and forfeit his life? For whoever will lose his life for my sake will find it"* (Mark 8:36-37). ### is searching, and we pray that the Holy Spirit would convict him of his need for Jesus, the only One who can give meaning to his life.
Lord, we ask that You would break through the darkness in ###’s heart. Open his eyes to see that *"the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord"* (Romans 6:23). Soften his heart to receive the truth that *"there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12). We rebuke the lies of the enemy that tell him he can find purpose apart from You, and we declare that only in Christ can he discover the calling You have placed on his life.
Father, we pray for divine encounters—people, circumstances, and Your Word—that would draw ### to repentance. Let him hear Your voice clearly, as Jesus said, *"My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me"* (John 10:27). Surround him with believers who will speak truth in love, and let Your Spirit lead him into all truth (John 16:13). We ask that You would reveal to him the emptiness of a life lived for self and the fullness of a life surrendered to You.
We also pray for wisdom and boldness for those who know ###. Give them the words to share the Gospel with him, and the courage to live it out before him. May he see the hope and joy that comes from a relationship with You, and may he be compelled to seek You with all his heart.
Most of all, Lord, we ask that You would save ###. Break the chains of sin and unbelief, and replace his heart of stone with a heart of flesh (Ezekiel 36:26). Let him experience the freedom that comes from knowing You, and the purpose that comes from walking in Your will. We declare over him that *"if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new"* (2 Corinthians 5:17).
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the Author and Perfecter of our faith, the Way, the Truth, and the Life. Amen.
