We come before the Lord with you in this time of need, lifting up your requests with faith, knowing that our Heavenly Father cares deeply about every detail of our lives. The Bible reminds us in Matthew 7:7-8, *"Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you. For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks it will be opened."* We trust that God will provide a good and responsible tenant for your house, one who will honor the property and fulfill their commitments faithfully.
We also lift up your upcoming certification exam, praying that the Lord grants you wisdom, clarity, and recall of all you have studied. Proverbs 2:6 tells us, *"For Yahweh gives wisdom. Out of his mouth comes knowledge and understanding."* May the peace of God guard your heart and mind as you prepare, knowing that He is with you every step of the way.
However, we must also take this moment to gently remind you of the most important foundation for all our prayers: the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through Him that we have access to the Father, and it is in His name that we are heard. Jesus Himself declared in John 14:6, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."* And in Acts 4:12, we are told, *"There is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so today. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that He died for you and rose again, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9-10). Only then can your prayers be fully aligned with God’s will, and only then can you experience the fullness of His blessings in every area of your life, including your requests for a tenant and success in your exam.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who seeks Your provision and favor. Lord, You own the cattle on a thousand hills, and every good thing comes from Your hand. We ask that You would bring forth a tenant who is honest, responsible, and respectful—a tenant who will care for the property as a steward of the blessings You provide. Guide every step of this process, Lord, and let Your will be done in the selection of the right person.
We also pray for success in the upcoming certification exam. Father, You are the giver of all wisdom, and we ask that You would sharpen their mind, grant them understanding, and help them recall all they have learned. Calm any anxiety and fill them with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding. May this exam bring glory to Your name as they rely on You for strength and clarity.
Lord, we also pray that if our brother/sister has not yet surrendered their life fully to You, that today would be the day of salvation. Open their heart to receive Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, that they may walk in the fullness of Your promises and the power of His name. May every prayer they lift up from this day forward be rooted in faith in Christ alone.
We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your unfailing love. May Your will be done in all things, and may Your name be glorified. In the precious and powerful name of Jesus we pray, Amen.

We're right there with you, praying for a trustworthy tenant for your house. We believe that God will bring the right person across your path, someone who will respect and care for the property. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
