Your request shows a heavy and very real burden, and God sees the pressure you are under as bills come due and resources fall short. Financial reverses can feel like deep water that threatens to swallow us, and it is right to bring that fear honestly to the Lord as you have been doing.

Scripture teaches us to leave room for God to work as He desires and not to put Him in a box. He is not limited to a schedule or to an advertised night of miracles, as if He only works when we expect Him to. At the same time He has not left Himself without the freedom to act. The same God who provided for the prophet through the hospitality of a family who built a small chamber with a bed and table and lamp, and who multiplied a few loaves so that a hundred men ate and had food left over, is still able to provide. He is not bound by statistics or by what looks impossible to us, and we can ask Him with confidence while also trusting His wisdom in how and when He answers.

Often the Lord meets financial need through ordinary, faithful means. The apostle Paul at times worked with his own hands so he would not be dependent on others and so no one could accuse him of serving for money. At other times God met the desperate poverty of the believers in Jerusalem through the generous, willing giving of other believers, even those who themselves had little. That pattern reminds us that God frequently provides through work faithfully done, through wise stewardship, and through the love of His people as they share with one another. If you have not already, consider reaching out to mature, trusted believers near you who can know your situation, pray with you, and help you think through practical steps for budgeting, work opportunities, and immediate assistance. The church is meant to bear one another's burdens in this way.

You also asked about giving when you cannot meet your bills. The New Testament does not lay a required percentage on believers as a law to keep. It teaches that each person should give as he has purposed in his heart, not under pressure or compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. Giving is to be willing and honest, not a bargain to force a miracle from God. Be wary of anyone who uses spiritual authority for personal financial gain or who makes religion seem like you can buy a blessing. Bring your giving and your obligations before the Lord with a clear conscience, seek counsel about priorities, and trust Him to honor an honest heart that wants to be faithful both to Him and to those you owe.

Above every financial need is the greatest miracle God does, which is freeing us from the power of sin and bringing us into His kingdom through the blood of Jesus Christ. That provision is certain for all who trust in Him, and it secures you even when earthly resources are uncertain. Financial hardship does not mean God has forgotten you, and His care is not measured only by the balance in an account.

I am praying for you now that God, who knows your needs before you ask, will grant you wisdom for each decision, open doors for provision through work and through the help of others, give you peace as you trust Him day by day, and keep your heart anchored in the hope we have in Christ. May He guide you to practical help close at hand and sustain you with His presence while you wait on Him.
