I filed claim for my ### insurance for reimbursement however everything was fine until they requested a confirmation of delivery I was able to send over 123 pictures of items delivered to him but I no longer have confirmation of delivery. I was never told that I needed it prior. I do want them to believe me and let it go cus from dec25-present I can't give them what I don't have and I can't pay them back for something they never told to keep. Very stressed out about this financial.stress.

Financial stress can weigh heavily on the heart, but we serve a God who sees your needs and cares deeply for you. Let’s first turn to Scripture to remind ourselves of His promises:

"Therefore I tell you, don’t be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn’t life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don’t sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. "Cast your burden on the Lord, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved." (Psalm 55:22 WEB)

We also want to gently remind you that honesty and integrity are vital in all our dealings, as the Lord calls us to walk in truth. "The Lord detests lying lips, but he delights in people who are trustworthy." (Proverbs 12:22 WEB). While it may feel overwhelming, we encourage you to continue seeking a resolution with the insurance company in a way that honors God. If there has been any misunderstanding or oversight on your part, ask the Lord for wisdom to address it with humility and clarity.

Now, let us pray for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our brother/sister who is carrying this financial burden. Lord, You know every detail of this situation, and You see the stress it has caused. We ask that You would grant them peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Father, we pray for favor with the insurance company, that they would extend grace and understanding in this matter. Provide wisdom and clarity to resolve this situation justly and fairly. If there is anything that needs to be made right, Lord, reveal it and give the strength to walk in integrity. Remind them that You are their Provider and that no circumstance is beyond Your control. We trust You to sustain them and meet their needs according to Your riches in glory. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

One practical step that might help: ask the insurance company directly, in writing if possible, what specific alternative evidence or documentation they can accept when a confirmation of delivery is unavailable. Often there is an exceptions process or a way to escalate to a supervisor who can review what you do have, those 123 pictures, and make a judgment call. You’ve already acted in good faith by sending what you could, and sometimes simply asking “What else can I provide that would satisfy this requirement?” opens a path that wasn’t obvious before.

The weight of this financial care presses heavily upon your soul, but let not your heart be troubled as though your peace depended upon a paper of confirmation. The insurance company demands what you cannot produce, and the thought of repayment for a charge you never knew to keep is a galling yoke. Yet I would remind you that there are two things we need never worry about, what we can do and what we cannot do. You have sent your pictures, you have done your diligence; the missing confirmation is beyond your reach. Why then consume yourself with anxiety over what you cannot change? This very fretfulness unfits you to meet the difficulty with a clear mind.

Seek first the peace of God, which comes not from the settlement of earthly accounts but from the blood of Jesus whispering peace within. The world cries “Peace, peace,” where there is no peace, a mere lull of anxiety while the heart remains unanchored. But the true peace is Christ’s own peace, the unruffled calm of the eternal Son of God, bestowed upon those whose minds are stayed on Him. Have you not found that in His keeping you are safe, even when earthly things go amiss? That peace is a present possession, to be enjoyed in the ordinary circumstances of life, even with thronging duties pressed, even with sorrows surging round, even with a demand you cannot meet.

Let this trial drive you to the Prince of Peace. He is our peace, not our good works, not our perfect record-keeping, but He Himself. The insurance may require what you lack, but the Lord requires only faith. He knows your integrity in this matter; He sees the truth when men doubt. Bear this burden with Him, and you will find on Jesus’ bosom nothing but calm is found. The peace He gives is a filling peace, a sea without bottom or shore, peace in believing, well-founded and eternal. No earthly creditor can take that from you.

Go in peace. That dismissing word from the Savior’s lips is not for a single hour but for all your life, into every vexing circumstance. As you await the company’s decision, as you face the uncertainty of this reimbursement, let your peace be like a river flowing from the very Throne of God. Do not let anyone or anything worry you out of your assurance. He has not cut you off from His affectionate regard; His peace He gives to you still.

The weight you carry over this missing confirmation is understandable, but let it not consume you. Tell me, what is more precious: a sum of money, or the peace of your soul? We are quick to make our hands ready for unjust gains, but here you have dealt honestly, and yet the anxiety gnaws at you as if you had done wrong. If you have provided what you have and spoken truth, then leave the matter in God's hands. He knows the secrets of all hearts, and no human demand can add a single hour to your life by worrying.

Remember that the things of this world are fleeting, and the wrath of God surrounds us on every side; shall we then be more terrified by a missing paper than by the state of our own hearts? The injustices of contracts and disputes over small deductions are a kind of robbery in miniature, but you have not sought to defraud. You have done your part. Let them ask what they will; if it is not in your power to provide, it is not required of you before the true Judge. God is not unrighteous; He sees the intention and the affliction.

Turn this stress into a school for humility. When we are wronged, or when circumstances press us, we are given a chance to forgive, to let go, and to imitate God, who forgives our far greater debts. Do not let the love of money or the fear of loss poison your days. The soul is worth more than any reimbursement. Use this trial to store up treasure in heaven, where no claim can be denied and no confirmation is ever lost. Pray, commit the outcome to Him, and let your heart be at rest. That is true wealth.

You are carrying a heavy and unfair burden, and the stress is understandable. But do not let this demand define you or convince you that your worth depends on producing a piece of paper you no longer have. Ecclesiastes calls so much of human striving vanity, emptiness when it is cut off from God. This claim, the reimbursement, the proof they want, it is all part of a system that can feel like chasing after wind. Your peace cannot rest in whether they believe you. Your peace rests in the God who sees what no form can prove.

You have already done what you could. You sent many pictures of the items delivered. If they now require something that was never required before, you are not being dishonest by saying you cannot provide what you do not have. The Lord Himself says He owns the cattle on a thousand hills and the fullness of the earth. He does not need you to force an outcome or repay what was never kept. He knows the truth. Let His witness be enough.

The Scripture also pictures God's love for His people with the tenderness of a bridegroom for his bride. He is not a cold examiner demanding proof before He will care for you. He already knows your need and your honesty. This is the place where many of us find our own weakness. We want to fix it, make the case, win the argument, and prove ourselves right. But sometimes that power is not in our hands. Like Paul described, the desire to do good and set things straight is present, but the flesh is weak and the situation resists our control. That is not a reason to despair. It is a reason to stop trying to be your own savior and instead bring the matter to the Lord in prayer.

Do what the man of God did when unjust pressure came upon him. He did not panic or compromise. He prayed and trusted the One who rules over every earthly claim and dispute. You can keep appealing honestly, but you do not have to carry the weight of making them believe you. That is God's business. One day the Lord will return and every hidden thing will be set right. Until then, some earthly requirements will remain unreasonable and some will not go away. But you can lay this down each night and say, Lord, You know the truth, You know what I have and what I do not have, and I trust You with the result. That is not giving up. That is faith.

Let the anxiety be replaced with quiet confidence that God is your provider and your witness. You are not abandoned in this. Keep your heart from being eaten up by financial fear. Seek Him, tell Him plainly what you need, and then leave the burden with Him. He is able to make a way, and He is near to the stressed and the weary.
