First and foremost, we must acknowledge that every good and perfect gift comes from God above (James 1:17). Our Heavenly Father knows the needs of His children, and He promises to provide for those who seek Him first (Matthew 6:33).

The Bible is clear that marriage is a sacred covenant between one man and one woman, established by God for a lifetime (Genesis 2:24, Matthew 19:4-6). If this union does not align with God’s design—whether due to unbiblical foundations (such as same-sex marriage, fornication, or adultery)—we must lovingly but firmly rebuke this and call for repentance. The Lord does not bless relationships built on disobedience, but He is faithful to restore those who turn from sin and seek His will (1 John 1:9).
If this marriage is indeed between a man and a woman in accordance with Scripture, we rejoice in God’s design and pray fervently for His provision. Moving overseas to be with a spouse is a noble desire, but we must ensure that all steps are taken with wisdom, prayer, and reliance on God’s timing.
