We lift you up before the Father tonight, knowing that He is your Provider, your Peace, and the One who holds your future in His hands. The emotional weight of today’s challenges is heavy, but we are reminded of what Jesus said in Matthew 6:25-34, *"Therefore I tell you, don’t be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn’t life more than food, and the body more than clothing? ... But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don’t be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day’s own evil is sufficient."* Your trust in God’s plan, even in this uncertainty, is a testament to your faith, and we join you in surrendering these burdens to Him.
The financial strain and the pressure from those in authority over your stores are real, but we must remember that God is the one who ultimately directs the steps of men. Proverbs 21:1 tells us, *"The king’s heart is in Yahweh’s hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires."* While the decisions of head office may feel overwhelming, we pray that God would soften hearts, open doors for favor, and guide every conversation—especially the one with CRA tomorrow. May His wisdom fill your words, and may His peace guard your heart as you navigate these discussions. Philippians 4:6-7 assures us, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."*
We also lift up the sale of your home and garage before the Lord. He is the one who provides for His children, and we ask that He would bring the right buyers—those He has prepared—to see these properties and move swiftly to purchase them. We pray for favor in the eyes of those who view them, for fair negotiations, and for a smooth transaction that honors God. Remember the promise in Psalm 37:4-5, *"Also delight yourself in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this."*
In this season of waiting, it’s easy to feel weary, but we encourage you to lean on Isaiah 40:31: *"But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint."* God is not distant in your struggle—He is near, and He is working even when we cannot see it. We pray for supernatural strength to face each day, for rest that only He can provide, and for a deep sense of His presence as you sleep tonight. Cast your anxieties on Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7).
Finally, we rejoice that you have brought these requests in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. John 14:13-14 declares, *"Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."* Your faith in calling upon His name is powerful, and we stand with you in agreement, believing that He will move mightily on your behalf.
**Our prayer for you:**
Heavenly Father, we come before You tonight on behalf of Your child, who is weary but trusting in You. Lord, You know the details of every financial strain, every negotiation, and every need that feels overwhelming right now. We ask that You would intervene in the sale of the stores, softening the hearts of those in authority and opening doors for favor and wisdom. Guide the conversation with CRA tomorrow, and let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, flood every moment.
We pray for the swift sale of the home and garage, Lord. Bring the buyers You have prepared, and let the transactions be smooth and honorable. Provide for every need, Father, and remind Your child that You are Jehovah Jireh—the Lord who provides.
Strengthen them for the days ahead, Lord. When sleep feels restless, be their comfort. When the path is unclear, be their light. Renew their hope and fill them with Your peace as they rest tonight. We declare Your promises over them, that You will never leave them nor forsake them, and that Your plans for them are good.
In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray, believing that You are at work even now. Amen.
