Financial Request

I am asking for a financial blessing. i have the sole responsibility to pay all bills/car/insurance everything. my husband has been ill for the past 2 years and unemployed with no income. it is very hard and i had to purchase a new car to get me back and forth to work. i need to get my head above the water. i have surrendered and have asked god for help. seems like he is working on others right now. i know he hears my prayers and will answer soon. god please help me to help myself.
