Financial Request

I am asking for a financial blessing. I have the sole responsibility to pay all bills/car/insurance everything. My husband has been ill for the past 2 years and unemployed with no income. It is very hard and I had to purchase a new car to get me back and forth to work. I need to get my head above the water. I have surrendered and have asked God for help. It seems like He is working on others right now. I know He hears my prayers and will answer soon. God please help me to help myself.
