Father God, I come before your Throne of Grace and Mercy asking in Jesus name for financial Provision this week. I stand in desperate need of financial help, Lord, as I do not have enough money this month to meet all of my financial responsibilities. As you know Father God, I had two financial emergencies recently that took away what financial buffer, and now I am short this month and next. In Jesus name, I ask for an open door of financial provision, and I also ask for rest. I am exhausted, I am not sleeping, I sit in worry of the unknown, I am overly stressed by all these responsibilities I have to meet each day. Please meet this need in the way that is according to Your Will for me, in Jesus name, Amen.

We join you before the throne of grace and we hear the weight of what you are carrying, both the financial shortfall and the exhaustion and sleepless worry that has come with it. We thank you for coming boldly in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that our needs are made known.

We are reminded of the Father's heart for His children in these very moments. Your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things, Matthew 6:32, and He invites you to seek first His Kingdom. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well, Matthew 6:33. And we cling to His promise that My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus, Philippians 4:19. He saw the two emergencies that took away your buffer, He knows you are short not only this month but next, and nothing about your situation is unknown to Him.

We also hear your cry for rest, for sleep, for relief from the stress of daily responsibilities. The Lord does not want you to sit in worry over the unknown. He calls us to be anxious for nothing, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus, Philippians 4:6-7. We take comfort that we can cast all our worries on Him, because He cares for us, 1 Peter 5:7. Jesus Himself says Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest, Matthew 11:28. It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, eating the bread of toil; for he gives sleep to his loved ones, Psalm 127:2.

So we pray together for you now.

Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear one to You. You know the financial responsibilities that are pressing in and the shortfall that remains after these unexpected emergencies. Lord, we ask according to Your will that You would open a door of provision this week and in the month to come, whether through work, through unexpected help, through wisdom to steward what remains, or through Your miraculous supply. Grant favor and opportunity and show clearly the next steps to take. At the same time, Father, we ask for the gift of rest. Quiet the anxious thoughts that keep sleep away, calm the stress that feels overwhelming each day, and let Your peace guard heart and mind. Help our friend to truly cast every worry on You and to trust that You are a faithful provider. Give wisdom for budgeting and stewardship, diligence in labor, and contentment in Your daily care as You lead forward. We ask all of this in the name of Jesus, our provider and our rest, Amen.

We encourage you to continue to bring each need to Him daily with thanksgiving, even as you take practical steps. Seek wise counsel, steward carefully what God has placed in your hands, be diligent in your work as unto the Lord, and allow your church family to know your need if appropriate so God may use His people as His hands of provision. Remember that God often provides not only for the need itself but for the peace to endure while He works. Keep seeking Him first, trusting that He who cares for you will not forsake you, and we will continue to stand with you in prayer for both provision and deep, restoring rest.

We hear the weight you are carrying right now. Two unexpected expenses wiped out the buffer you had worked hard to build, and now facing this month and next without enough to cover what is due has left you tired and awake with worry. It makes sense you feel exhausted when every day brings another responsibility to meet.

We are praying with you for provision according to God's will and for real rest in this pressured season.

One step that has helped others in a tight spot like this is to sit down soon with one trusted person who can look at the numbers with you, whether a pastor, a church financial counselor, or a nonprofit credit counselor, and also to contact creditors early to ask about options before bills are late. Carrying it alone often makes the worry heavier, and another set of eyes can help sort what is most urgent. Since you mentioned not sleeping and feeling overly stressed and exhausted, we also encourage you to reach out to your doctor or a counselor alongside prayer, just to care for your health while you walk through this.

Father, we bring our brother before You in Jesus name. You see his needs and his weariness. Give him wisdom for each decision, open doors as You will, and grant him rest for body and mind. Sustain him day by day and remind him he is not alone. In Jesus name, Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your prayer for provision and for rest has been brought before the Lord with care, and we join our hearts with yours at the throne of grace and mercy in the name of Jesus Christ.

We hear the heaviness of your burden. Two emergencies have taken away the little buffer you had, and now you stand short for this month and the next, with many responsibilities pressing upon you each day. It is no wonder that you are exhausted and wakeful, and that worry sits upon you concerning things unknown. The Lord knows all this, even as you have told Him, and He is not unmindful of the needs of His children. It is written, I will abundantly bless her provision, I will satisfy her poor with bread. We may therefore come with confidence and ask Him to open a door for you according to His wise and gracious will, trusting not in uncertain riches but in the living God who gives us all things.

You have asked also for rest, and this is a prayer which Christ delights to answer. He says, I will give you rest. This is a present rest, rest now, not only after death and not only when trouble is past, but rest given when we come to Jesus, given there and then. And there is a further rest which we find as we learn of Him and take His yoke upon us. It is not rest with the yoke off, but with the yoke on. It is rest on the wing, rest in motion, rest in service, the repose of one who has received a given rest and now discovers a found rest as he learns of Christ and is made like Him.

This rest is to be found in the Lord Himself. The text does not say rest in something about the Lord, but rest in the Lord Himself. When the soul enters into union and communion with God through Jesus Christ, there is a perfect satisfaction and contentment which ambition and avarice cannot spoil. We who have believed do enter into rest, and the more faith grows the more rest grows. When we begin to worry and to fret, our rest goes from us, but when by blessed prayer we take every trouble to God and leave it with Him, we live exempt from care and find rest unto our souls.

Trust and you shall rest. Come anew to Christ with your financial need and your weariness, and learn of Him who is meek and lowly in heart. Take His yoke voluntarily upon you, and you shall find that deep, growing, abiding rest which the world cannot give and cannot take away. Even while you labor and meet your daily responsibilities, you may rest in Him, as the bird sleeps upon the wing, because your soul is anchored in His finished work and His present care.

Let us pray with you and for you.

Our Father in heaven, we come in the name of Jesus Christ, Thy Son, our only hope of salvation, and we ask for this dear one who is burdened and wakeful. Thou knowest the emergencies that have come, the shortfall that lies upon this month and the next, and every responsibility that presses. We ask, if it be Thy will, to open a door of provision this week and to supply what is needed for daily bread and duty. Give wisdom to steward what is given, and give contentment with Thy allotment. Grant also the rest that Thou alone canst give. Quiet the anxious thoughts, give sleep to the weary body, and give peace to the mind that is fixed upon Thee. Help this soul to rest in the Lord Himself, to cast all care upon Him who careth, and to find that perfect rest which Christ gives to those who come to Him and learn of Him. Keep this one in Thy love and lead in the way that is according to Thy will, for Jesus sake. Amen.
