We hear your heartfelt cry for financial provision and stability, not only for yourself but for the well-being of your children. The weight of debt and the uncertainty of the future can feel overwhelming, but we stand with you in faith, lifting this burden to the Lord who owns "the cattle on a thousand hills" (Psalm 50:10) and promises to supply all our needs according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19).
First, we must acknowledge that true financial freedom begins with surrendering our finances to God’s wisdom and stewardship. The Bible warns us, "The rich rules over the poor, and the borrower is servant to the lender" (Proverbs 22:7). Debt can become a heavy chain, but Christ came to set us free (Galatians 5:1). We encourage you to seek godly counsel in managing your finances, budgeting wisely, avoiding unnecessary debt, and trusting God to provide as you honor Him with your resources (Proverbs 3:9-10).
We also rebuke any spirit of fear or lack that may be whispering lies about your future. God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). He cares deeply for you and your children, and He is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20).

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the One who became poor so that we might become rich in every way (2 Corinthians 8:9). We lift up this dear one to You, asking for Your divine intervention in their finances. Lord, You see their debts, their concerns for their children’s future, and the weight they carry. We ask that You erase their debts according to Your mercy and provide opportunities for increase and stability. Open doors that no man can shut, and bless the work of their hands (Deuteronomy 28:12).
Father, we pray for wisdom in managing money, help them to be faithful stewards, to give generously, and to trust You rather than the uncertainty of riches (1 Timothy 6:17). Break any cycles of financial bondage in their life and replace them with Your peace and provision. May their children grow up secure in Your promises, knowing that You are their Provider (Matthew 6:31-33).

Your cry for financial favor and the erasing of debt is a plea that touches both the present need and the future hope. But let me lift your eyes to a higher mercy. The great debt of sin is a weight no gold can repay. Yet the Lord’s remission is full and free, when you are bankrupt in spirit, owning you cannot pay a farthing, that is the very moment Christ becomes your Savior. He cancels the debt, never to exact it again, and what is wiped out in His book is gone forever. If you seek first this glorious favor, then the daily bread you need shall be added unto you, for the eternal God is your refuge, and underneath you are the everlasting arms.
Cast your burden for the future upon Him who is the God of your mercy. He who has been your help will thrust out the enemy before you, for what are debts and uncertainties but giants to be slain? The security of the soul makes the temporal path sure; entrust your children, your household, and your very livelihood into those pierced hands that cannot fail. Young people early taught to trust the Lord are richer than if they possessed a mine of gold. Teach them this prayer while their lips are young: “O let my heart Your favor seek; good Lord, remember me!” This is a stable future, secured not by money but by the hand that holds the world.
Yet beware of a carnal security that lulls the unawakend soul. To put away thoughts of want and death, to build barns and say “Soul, take your ease,” is a ruinous dream. True safety is only in Christ. Destroy every sin that would master you, worry, covetousness, self-reliance, and let a holy revenge burn against them. If you have already fled to the cross, then know that He who began a good work in you will be faithful to complete it. Your future, washed in blood and sealed by the Spirit, is brighter than the brightest earthly hope. He is able to keep that which you have committed to Him, against that day and all days. Walk by faith, in present privilege and future favor, and you shall lack no good thing.

Financial debt is not the only debt you carry, nor the most pressing. Consider the ten thousand talents you owe to God, a sum beyond all counting. If you would have Him compassionate and pity you in that great debt, then hate no one, and love your brother. For love is not a favor you bestow; it is a debt you owe. We are members one of another, and if love leaves us, the whole body is rent in pieces. Pay that debt first, and the favor of God is gained.
Do not imagine that God is reluctant to give, nor that your unworthiness bars the way. He accounts Himself greatly bound to you when you demand things of Him, and He is pleased to have the demand made upon Him. Remember the Syrophœnician woman who, though a dog, received the children’s bread by sheer importunity. She pressed earnestly, and what affection could not accomplish, importunity did. God gives not according to desert, but according to disposition. Ask, then, with continual entreaty, and let no sense of enmity or unseasonable hour hinder you.
Yet as you ask for financial favor and a stable future for your children, examine the provision you seek. To make provision for the flesh is no sin, but only that which goes beyond necessities and fulfills its lusts. The present life is a sleep, and its riches a dream that flies away before we depart. Seek only what is needful for health, and spend your chief industry on the care of spiritual things. The fishermen wrote for us a commonwealth of Heaven manifested on earth; there is true wisdom and choirs of angels shining in a human body. A secure future is not built on the vanishing wealth of this world. Love your brother, rouse yourself from this sleep, and trust that He who gave His own Son, as though paying a debt, will not withhold what is truly good.
