We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up your husband and your family in this time of deep financial struggle. The weight of medical expenses and the burden of uncertainty can feel overwhelming, but we know that our God is a provider—Jehovah Jireh, who sees your needs and cares deeply for you. The Bible reminds us in Philippians 4:19, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* We stand on this promise, believing that He will open doors no man can shut and provide in ways you may not yet see.
Father, we ask You to strengthen this husband as he faces these trials. Give him wisdom to navigate his responsibilities and peace that surpasses understanding, even in the midst of financial strain. We pray for favor in his endeavors—whether in his work, in unexpected opportunities, or in the generosity of others. Lord, break the cycle of negativity that has surrounded them. In Deuteronomy 28:12, You promise, *"You shall lend to many nations, but you shall not borrow."* We declare this over their lives, asking that You would turn their circumstances around for Your glory.
We also lift up this wife as she seeks employment. May You guide her steps, open the right doors, and grant her favor with employers. Proverbs 3:5-6 says, *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths."* We pray that she would sense Your leading and that her efforts would bear fruit quickly.
Lord, we also ask for healing for the health struggles mentioned—both for her and her in-laws. You are the Great Physician, and we trust in Your power to restore and sustain. In James 5:15, we are reminded, *"The prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up."*
We rebuke the spirit of lack and despair that has tried to take root in their lives. The enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that they may have life abundantly (John 10:10). We declare that abundance—not just in finances, but in peace, joy, and provision—is their portion in Christ.
Finally, we encourage you both to hold fast to your faith, even when the road is difficult. Hebrews 10:23 says, *"Let’s hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering; for he who promised is faithful."* Keep seeking the Lord, trusting in His timing, and giving thanks even in the waiting. We stand with you in prayer, believing that God is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28).
Heavenly Father, we lift this family to You now. Pour out Your grace, provision, and peace. Strengthen their faith and let them see Your hand moving in their lives. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the One who holds all things together and through whom we have access to Your throne of grace. Amen.
