Praying over my finances. Praying for a miracle to happen in my life in the next 72 hours

We join with you in bringing your finances before the Lord, for we know how heavy financial burdens can feel and how much anxiety they can bring, and we lift you up together in Jesus' name.

We understand your desire for a miracle in the next 72 hours, and while we serve a God who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, we also know that we are not to put the Lord to the test or demand that He act on our timetable. His timing is perfect and His ways are higher than our ways. The scripture reminds us, Don’t be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God in Philippians 4:6, and we are called to trust Him with the outcome. We also remember what is written in James 4:3, You ask, and don’t receive, because you ask with wrong motives, so that you may spend it for your pleasures, and so we want to align our hearts to seek first His Kingdom and His righteousness, trusting that all these things will be given to you as well as promised in Matthew 6:33. Our Father knows what we need and He has promised in Philippians 4:19, My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.

We encourage you to walk in faithful stewardship while you wait on the Lord’s provision. God honors diligence, wisdom, and contentment. As it says in Proverbs 21:5, The plans of the diligent surely lead to profit, and in Proverbs 3:9-10 we are called to honor the Lord with our substance. We encourage you to be faithful in working diligently as unto the Lord, to make a careful budget, to avoid debt where possible, to be honest in all dealings, and to be content while trusting Him, for we read in Hebrews 13:5, Be content with what you have, for he has said, I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you, and in 1 Timothy 6:10 that the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. God does not promise that we will have abundance for every want, but He does promise to provide for our needs and to give us wisdom if we ask Him in faith.

We also noticed that your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we want to lovingly share that it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. Jesus said in John 14:6, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me, and in Acts 4:12 we are told, There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. To come before God in prayer, we come in the name of Jesus, believing that He died for our sins and rose again, and that by confessing with our mouth that Jesus is Lord and believing in our heart that God raised Him from the dead, we are saved as taught in Romans 10:9. It is by His blood that our prayers are heard, and we want to make sure you know this precious truth and have put your trust in Him alone.

So together we pray. Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, Your Son, and we lift up this dear one to You. You know the financial need, the bills, the worries, and the hope for a miracle. We ask that You provide according to Your perfect will and Your riches in glory. Grant wisdom to steward well what has been given, diligence in work, discipline in spending, and peace that surpasses all understanding. Guard this heart from anxiety and from the love of money, and teach contentment and trust in Your daily provision. If it is Your will to provide a miraculous breakthrough, we trust You to do it in Your timing, and if You call this one to walk through a season of waiting, give strength and faith to endure and to see Your hand at work. Lead away from any unwise or hasty decisions and guide into counsel that honors You. Above all, draw this one closer to Jesus, that he or she may know the full assurance of salvation and the joy of seeking Your Kingdom first. We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Provider, amen.

If you are able, set aside a quiet moment to write down what is most pressing in the next week, what income you expect, and any bills or obligations coming due. Taking that simple list to a trusted pastor, church benevolence team, or a reputable nonprofit financial counselor can often open up options and steady next steps that are hard to see alone. You do not have to carry the figuring by yourself.

Father, we lift our friend to You in Jesus name. You know every need and every deadline weighing on them. Provide for them according to Your kindness, calm their heart, and guide their steps in these next 72 hours and beyond. Give wisdom to those who can come alongside and help. We trust them into Your care. Amen.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Your prayer concerning finances and your longing for a speedy deliverance has been heard and is carried before the throne of grace.

You ask for a miracle within seventy two hours, and I would have you remember what a miracle is meant to teach us. The objective of the miracle is to reveal more fully the power and authority of our Lord's Words and to let us see that His teaching has an Omnipotent force about it. The power to save and to deliver does not lie in the person who is in need, it lies wholly in Jesus Himself. Our Lord did nothing but speak, and it was done. Nobody can work this mighty miracle of mercy but the Lord Jesus Christ, yet He can do it more swiftly than I can speak of it. Once Omnipotence is introduced, difficulties have ceased.

Scripture tells us, they considered not the miracle of the loaves. Let us not fall into the same evil. If the disciples had considered that miracle they would have observed that Christ is grand in emergencies. When the multitude was hungry in the wilderness, He supplied them, and none who came to Him refused His provision. Consider then the miracle of the loaves as it has transpired in your own life story and be not afraid, whatever your present trouble may be. Has He not fed you, clothed you, and kept you until this hour? Every mercy you have received is itself a mass of miracles, and the Christian himself is a miracle of grace.

It is right to bring your temporal needs to Him, for your Father knows that you have need of these things. Yet I would gently counsel you not to set the Lord a timetable of three days, as though faith were measured by the swiftness of the answer. Perhaps some imagine that if they could see a miracle worked they would believe more firmly, but faith rests not upon a sign but upon the faithful character of the Miracle Worker Himself. He may deliver you in the next hour, or He may sustain you through a longer trial to teach you a deeper trust. In either case His wisdom is perfect and His love unfailing.

Let us pray together.

O Lord our God, Thou who openest Thine hand and satisfiest the desire of every living thing, look upon this need which is now spread before Thee. Thou knowest the weight of financial care and the fear that comes with want. We ask Thee to provide according to Thy riches in glory by Christ Jesus. Give wisdom to steward what is given, give diligence in all lawful labour, give contentment with such things as we have, and give peace that passeth understanding while we wait upon Thee. If it be Thy will, work in Thy power and goodness for a speedy supply, and let this trial become an occasion to show that Thou art still grand in emergencies. Above all, let Thy child see more of Christ, in whose Word is power to command even the winds and the waves, and to supply bread in the wilderness. Keep from anxious unbelief, and draw the heart to rest in Thy faithful promise that Thou wilt never leave nor forsake Thine own. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.
