We join you in bringing your family's financial needs before our Heavenly Father and we thank you for asking in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the throne of grace.
We understand the burden you carry and the longing for a breakthrough, and we stand with you asking for God's provision and His peace while you wait upon Him. Scripture reminds us that our Father knows what we need before we ask and He delights to care for His children. Philippians 4:19 tells us My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. And Matthew 6:33 calls us to But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. We also cling to the promise in Psalm 37:25 I have been young, and now am old, yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his children begging for bread.
We want to encourage you to seek God not only for provision but for wisdom and contentment as you steward what He has already placed in your hands. The Lord honors diligence and faithful stewardship, as Proverbs 10:4 says He becomes poor who works with a slack hand, but the hand of the diligent brings wealth, and Colossians 3:23 reminds us Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men. We encourage you to continue to work faithfully, to live within your means, to avoid debt where possible, to be generous as God enables you, and to trust Him rather than chasing quick riches or putting hope in chance. True breakthrough comes from the Lord's hand in His perfect timing, and with it He gives the grace to be content, for Hebrews 13:5 says Be content with what you have, for he has said, I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you.
We pray together with you now.
Father in heaven, we lift up this dear one and their family to You in the name of Jesus. You see their needs, You know the bills, the obligations, and the worries that weigh on their hearts. We ask for Your miraculous provision according to Your will, that You would open doors for honest work and opportunity, grant wisdom to manage finances faithfully, and provide for every true need. Give them peace that surpasses understanding as they cast their anxiety on You, and help them to seek Your kingdom first, trusting that You will add what is needed. Guard their hearts from the love of money and from discouragement, and help them to walk in diligence, integrity and thankfulness. We ask that this year they would see Your faithful hand at work and give You all the glory for every good gift. In the mighty and merciful name of Jesus Christ we pray, Amen.
