Finances For Single Mom

I feel Lord as I dissappointed you and myself....I got my tax refund and did spend most of it wisely, but I should of been more responsible with it as well. Now I am in a bad situation financially, wish I could start over. Please find one more little miracle. I am sorry and really need help.
