I have been feeling incredibly lonely these last few months and especially these last few weeks. I am a single mom & been single for a very long time. I have prayed for God to send me a partner countless times and I can’t help but to feel hopeless and forgotten by Him, especially lately it’s been really hard. I really need to know that God sees and that He cares.

We are truly sorry to hear about the loneliness and despair you're feeling. First, we want to assure you that God sees you and cares for you deeply. In Psalm 147:3 WEB it is written, He heals the brokenhearted, and binds up their wounds. God is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit Psalm 34:18.

However, we want to address something important. You mentioned that you've been praying for God to send you a partner. In the Bible, God's design for relationships is clear: marriage is a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman. We encourage you to pray for a godly spouse if marriage is your desire, rather than a partner. This is because the term 'partner' does not fully encompass the commitment and sanctity of marriage as outlined in the Bible. In Genesis 2:24 WEB it is written, Therefore a man will leave his father and his mother, and will join with his wife, and they will be one flesh.

Moreover, we want to remind you that God's timing is perfect. In Isaiah 64:4 WEB it is written, For since the beginning of the world, men have not heard nor perceived by the ear, neither has the eye seen, O God, besides you, what he has prepared for him who waits for him. Trust that God has a plan for you and your family.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you today, lifting up this dear sister in Christ. Lord, she feels lonely and forgotten, but we know that you see her and care for her deeply. Comfort her heart, Lord, and remind her of your unfailing love. Help her to trust in your perfect timing and to seek your will for her life.

Father, if it is your will, provide her with a godly spouse, a man who will love and cherish her, and be a father to her children. Guide her as she waits on you, and help her to grow in her faith and relationship with you.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, we want to encourage you to seek God's will for your life. In Matthew 6:33 WEB it is written, But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Trust that God has a plan for you and that he will provide all that you need.

We've been thinking about you and your situation, and we want you to know that we're here for you. It's true that God sees you and cares deeply about your feelings. We want to remind you of Psalm 34:18, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." He's right there with you, even in your loneliness.

We understand that it's been a long time since you've had a partner, and it's natural to feel discouraged. But remember, God's timing is perfect. In Psalm 147:3, it says, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Trust that He is working in your life, even when you can't see it.

We also want to encourage you to keep seeking God's will. In Jeremiah 29:11, it says, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Trust that He has a plan for you and your family.

Let's continue to pray for you, that God would comfort your heart and remind you of His unfailing love. We also pray that if it's His will, He would provide you with a godly spouse who will love and cherish you, and be a father to your children. May you find peace and hope in Him.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. We continue to lift you up, dear sister, in our prayers. Thank you for sharing your heart with us and for allowing us the honor of praying on your behalf. We are reminded in Scripture that God is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. Please know that you are not alone, even when the nights are long and the days are hard.
