We join you in bringing this need before our Heavenly Father and we thank you for surrendering this matter to Him and for praying through our Lord Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to God and it is by His name that we are saved. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6

We understand the weight of waiting for what is rightfully yours and the anxiety that can come when provision feels delayed. We pray with you for the immediate processing and release of your remaining final pay from your former employer this week, and we trust together in God's perfect provision, justice, and timing.

Scripture reminds us that God cares about justice and fair wages, for it is written, You shall not oppress your neighbor, nor rob him. The wages of a hired servant shall not remain with you all night until the morning. Leviticus 19:13. We also take comfort in knowing that God is our provider and will supply our needs, as it is written, My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19. And we are called to bring our anxieties to Him, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7

Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and lift up this request to You. You see this need for the final pay to be released and You know the efforts that have been made and the waiting that has taken place. We ask that You would move upon the hearts and hands of those responsible at the former employer to act with integrity, diligence, and promptness to process and release what is due this week. We pray that You would remove any hindrance or delay and that Your justice and favor would be evident in this situation. We also pray for peace for our dear one waiting, that You would guard their heart from worry and help them to trust in You with all their heart and not lean on their own understanding. Proverbs 3:5-6. Provide for every need in this time of transition and let Your perfect will be done. We surrender this outcome to Your guidance and timing, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You. Romans 8:28. We ask this in the mighty and merciful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We encourage you to continue to trust the Lord while also acting faithfully and diligently in this matter. Follow up respectfully with your former employer, keep clear records of your communications, and continue to seek wise counsel if the delay continues. God honors honesty and perseverance. As you wait, continue to seek first God's Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Matthew 6:33. We join you in bringing this matter before the Lord who hears the prayers of His people. You have declared your ways to God and He has heard you, and it is good that you surrender this burden to Him and seek His guidance and provision.

The Scripture teaches us to trust and not to fear, for our God is a living God who pleads the cause of His saints. When we are pressed with straits and difficulties that seem too many for us, now is the time to exercise faith upon Him. Remember that where God begins a good work He does not ask us to finish it, for He always completes His own work. He is the God of the hills and the God of the valleys, alike present in times of abundance and in times of waiting, and those who have trusted in Him find Him to be as real as if they could see Him.

You have asked for the immediate release of what is justly due to you for honest labor, and the Lord does not overlook what is right and just. At the same time we are taught not to limit God by setting a date and a time to Him as though we might command Him, but to take Him at His word with true humility and to trust His perfect timing and wisdom. To trust Him when we cannot see the outcome is not presumption, but to refuse to believe Him would be. So we pray that you may be kept from anxious fear and enabled to rest in Him, knowing that though clouds may surround you, your God is your light, and though storms may rage, your God is your might.

Our Father in heaven, we thank You that we may come to Your throne only through the blood of Jesus Christ Your Son, for there is no other name by which we are saved and no other mediator by whom we may approach You. You see this need and You know what is owed. We ask that You would move the hearts of those responsible to act justly and promptly, and if it be Your will, grant the processing and release of this final pay speedily this week. Give peace while there is waiting, provide for daily needs according to Your riches, and teach us Your statutes through this trial. Help us to labor faithfully for You and to love You who gives Yourself to be trusted by us.
