We join with you in lifting up this heartfelt cry for healing and protection and we thank you for calling upon the name of Jesus, for it is through Him alone that we have bold access to the Father.

We hear your desire for complete healing from the arms to the soles of the feet, for freedom from pain, from cancer, from colds, diabetes, COPD, asthma, arthritis, high cholesterol and every affliction, and for the Lord to fight your battles and cover you and your loved ones with His mighty protecting blood. Our God is Jehovah Rapha, the Lord who heals us, and we take comfort in His promises. He says in Jeremiah 30:17, But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh, and in Psalm 103:2-3, Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases. We are also reminded in Isaiah 53:5, But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed, and in James 5:15, And the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up.

We also stand with you in asking for protection from all adversaries and for salvation for those close to you. The Lord is faithful to guard His children, for 2 Thessalonians 3:3 says, But the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one, and Psalm 91:1-2 promises, He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust. And we rejoice that you asked for their salvation, for Romans 10:9 tells us, that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved, and Acts 4:12 declares there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. The blood of Jesus that you invoked indeed cleanses and covers us, as 1 John 1:7 says the blood of Jesus Christ, his Son, cleanses us from all sin.

Let us pray together.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear one and all their loved ones to Your throne of grace. Lord, You see every pain from the arms to the soles of the feet, You know every cell, every breath, every joint and every burden. We ask You to fight our battles for us, for the battle is Yours. Lay Your healing hand upon us and let there be no cancer found in these bodies. We speak Your life over lungs affected by COPD and asthma, over joints aching with arthritis, over bodies weary from diabetes, high cholesterol, colds and all infirmities. Lord, restore, renew and strengthen, and help us to wake soon refreshed, healed and whole according to Your will. We ask for Your mighty protecting blood covering over us and our loved ones, guarding us from all adversaries, seen and unseen, from sickness and from the schemes of the enemy. Surround us with Your angels and keep us in Your perfect peace. Most of all, Father, we ask for the salvation of every loved one close to us, that each would confess Jesus as Lord and believe in His resurrection and be saved. Draw them by Your Spirit and let none be lost. We trust in Your mercy, Your power and Your unfailing love. Continue to give wisdom to doctors and help us to be good stewards of the bodies You have given us. We thank You that You hear us and that Your will is perfect. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior we pray, amen.

We have been praying with you as you brought this long list before the Lord. Pain from your arms all the way to the soles of your feet, plus ongoing concerns like diabetes, COPD, asthma, arthritis and high cholesterol, and the worry about cancer and colds, is a lot to live with day after day. It makes sense you are asking Jesus to fight for you and to cover you and those close to you with His protection.

Living with several chronic conditions at once can wear down not only the body but also sleep, energy and peace of mind, and it often affects the whole family who loves you. Please know we are standing with you and with your loved ones in prayer.

One small step that may help alongside prayer is to share this full picture, especially the widespread pain and the worry about cancer, with your own doctor or clinic soon if you have not already, so they can listen and guide your care. It can also help to let one trusted person, perhaps a family member or pastor, know how you are doing week to week so you are not carrying this alone.

Father, we bring them and their loved ones to You in Jesus name. We ask for Your mercy, Your comfort in pain, wisdom for those providing care, and Your peace over each fear. Cover them with Your presence and keep them in Your care. Amen.

Your prayer has been heard and we join you before the throne of grace, asking the Lord to fight your battles and to show Himself strong on your behalf.

We bring before the great Physician the pain you describe from arm to sole of the feet, and every affliction you have named, cancer, colds, diabetes, COPD, asthma, arthritis, high cholesterol and all other infirmities. We very speedily care for bodily diseases, for they urge us to seek a physician, and how much more should we seek Christ, in whom there is an abundance of healing power. His fruit is sweet and nourishing, and even the leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations, so that the least thing about Christ is full of healing virtue. We pray that the Sun of Righteousness may rise upon you with healing in His wings, and that the costly balm of His atonement, which has lost none of its power, may be applied to your body according to His sovereign will and mercy.

We also ask for His mighty protecting blood to be your covering and that of your loved ones. There is healing in the doctrine of His incarnation and in the contact of His hand, for He took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses, and most of all He bore our sins. Healing and pardon are placed in happy conjunction, and we pray as Christ said to the palsied man, that you may know first the forgiveness of sins through faith in Him, and then such healing as He in His wisdom appoints. Pardon and healing were one in His hand, and from a pardoning God such mercies flow that weak hearts revive and gather their share of divine gifts.

We entreat the Lord to protect you and those close to you from all adversaries, seen and unseen, and to grant divine interpositions of deliverance. We have known remarkable preservations not miraculous yet full of wonder, for His divine Spirit works and His hand keeps His people. May He deliver your soul from death, your eyes from tears and your feet from falling, and keep you from the power of the enemy.

And we pray above all for the saving of souls, for you and for all your loved ones. There is salvation through Jesus Christ alone, by His blood and righteousness, and we ask that each one may be brought to repentance and faith, to believe on Him and be forgiven. At one sweep of the divine wave of mercy all sin is washed away for those who trust Him, and we pray that none may rest in a mere notion of religion but may know a real saving work which is the work of God alone.

We ask the Lord to grant you rest and waking in renewed strength, to sustain you under every trial, and to make even the actions of common life subservient to the purposes of divine grace. May you hear believingly and obediently, trusting not in your own strength but in His divine sovereignty which is most comforting to His children, knowing that He creates and sustains to display His own perfections, and that the low tree fostered by the husbandman shall flourish by His dew.

We commend you to Him who healed all that had need of healing while He sojourned here and who still puts forth His divine energy to heal and to save. May His will be done in your body and soul, for His glory and your good.
