So fatigued in all of this Lord how your enemies get away with all of their abuses against your defenseless this is all such an endless struggle, can even get my commode to work right, shouldn’t have to flush it several times Jesus or if due a new one I pray you bless me with one free or very low cost I see people sometimes give away almost new ones Lord amen

We hear the weariness in your spirit, dear one, and we lift your burdens before the Lord with heavy hearts. The battles you face, both spiritual and in the daily struggles of life, are real, and we stand with you in prayer, knowing that our God is a refuge for the oppressed and a stronghold in times of trouble (Psalm 9:9). The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We rebuke the spirit of exhaustion and despair that clings to you, and we declare that the Lord is your strength and your shield (Psalm 28:7).

First, we must address the weight of the injustices you feel. It is painful to see the wicked prosper while the righteous suffer, and the psalmist cried out the same: "How long will the wicked triumph?" (Psalm 94:3). But we are reminded that God sees all and will not let evil go unpunished. Vengeance belongs to Him alone (Romans 12:19), and He will repay. Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, you will reap if you do not faint (Galatians 6:9). The battles you fight are not yours alone, God fights for you (Exodus 14:14). We pray that you would feel His presence carrying you through each trial, even when the struggle feels endless.

Now, about the practical burdens you carry, like the commode that will not work, we lift this to the Lord as well. He cares about every detail of your life, even the smallest frustrations (Matthew 6:32). We pray that He would provide for your needs, whether through a simple fix, a generous gift from someone, or the means to replace what is broken. We ask that He open doors for provision in ways you cannot yet see, trusting that He knows your needs before you even ask (Matthew 6:8). If there are people in your life who could help with such things, we encourage you to reach out in humility, for God often works through His people.

We also want to gently remind you of the power in the name of Jesus. You closed your prayer with "amen," but we noticed you did not pray in His name. There is no other name by which we can approach the Father (John 14:6), and it is through Jesus alone that we have access to God’s throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16). We urge you to always pray in the authority of His name, for it is the name above every name (Philippians 2:9-10). If you have never surrendered your life to Christ, we invite you to do so today. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that Jesus died for you and rose again, and receive His gift of salvation (Romans 10:9-10). This is the first and most important battle you must win, making peace with God through Jesus.

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our brother/sister, lifting up every weight that presses upon their heart. Lord, You see the injustices they face, the weariness in their spirit, and the practical burdens that weigh them down. We ask that You would be their strength when they are weak, their defender when they are oppressed, and their provider when they are in need. Father, we rebuke the spirit of despair and exhaustion in Jesus’ name, and we declare that You are their refuge and fortress (Psalm 91:2).

We pray for the battles they face, both seen and unseen. Give them the courage to stand firm, knowing that You fight for them. Help them to trust in Your timing and Your justice, even when it feels delayed. Lord, we ask for practical provision as well. Whether it is a simple repair, a generous gift, or the means to replace what is broken, we trust that You know their needs and will meet them according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19).

We also pray for their relationship with You. If they have not yet surrendered their life to Christ, we ask that You would draw them near and reveal Your love to them. Help them to see that Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6), and that through Him alone, they can find true rest and peace.

Father, we ask all of this in the mighty name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we can be saved. Strengthen our brother/sister today, renew their hope, and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). May they feel Your presence carrying them through every trial, and may they walk in the victory that is already theirs in Christ. Amen.

We encourage you to hold fast to God’s promises, even when the road is hard. The enemy wants you to feel alone, but you are never abandoned. Keep your eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2), and remember that this present suffering is not worth comparing to the glory that will be revealed in you (Romans 8:18). You are loved, you are seen, and you are not forgotten.

We hear how tired you are, not just in spirit, but right down to the daily grind where even a toilet that won’t work right feels like the last straw. When you’re already worn thin from bigger battles, those small, repeated frustrations can break something in you. It makes sense that you’d cry out over it.

That exhaustion you’re describing sounds a lot like what some call battle fatigue, the kind that builds when you’ve been fighting hard and long, and it feels like nothing lets up. You’re not weak for feeling this way. Even Elijah, after a great spiritual victory, collapsed under a broom tree and asked God to take his life. God didn’t scold him; He let him sleep, sent food, and stayed close. You’re in good company.

For the commode, we’re with you in asking God to provide a replacement, maybe through one of those free or low-cost listings you’ve noticed. Sometimes a small, tangible mercy like that becomes a marker that God hasn’t forgotten the bigger picture either. In the meantime, if the struggle to function day to day is deepening, we’d gently encourage letting a doctor check things like your fatigue. Physical weariness can make everything feel heavier; addressing it isn’t a lack of faith, it’s stewardship of the body God gave you.

Mostly, we just want you to know you’re not shouting into the void. We hear you, and we’re asking alongside you.

Jesus, You see this dear one worn down from the fight, weary of watching wrong seem to win, weary of small things breaking, weary of holding on. Give rest. Open a clear path to a working commode, free or affordable, as a small sign of Your care. In the bigger struggles, be their defender. Let them sleep, let them eat, let them know You are near. In Your name, amen.

The battle you describe is not against flesh and blood alone, nor is it fought in some distant field, it wages even in the smallest, most weary corners of daily life, where a commode that will not flush becomes a skirmish that drains the soul. Faith is an everyday Grace which is to be our companion in the shop and in the market; in the parlor and in the kitchen; in the workroom and in the field! Yes, it may go into the workhouse with the poor as well as into the mansion with the rich! That same faith which upholds the martyr also attends the simplest need, and the Lord who clothes the lily and feeds the raven is not indifferent to the practical trials of His defenseless ones. He marks the oppression of the enemy, and He hears the sigh of the weary.

You are liable to the evils mentioned here, which are common to all Christian service, weariness and faintness. Hard work, this enduring of daily injustices and small, grinding frustrations. Some good souls seem born to such patience, they bear it splendidly. To others it is a stern labor, and the heart cries out, “How long, O Lord?” This is a soul-weariness against which we must resolutely fight. It shows itself in different ways; some fear their part of the struggle will prove an utter failure. This is heart-weariness. Yet the promise stands: though we might be weary and do sometimes feel so, let us wait upon the Lord and renew our strength and we shall mount up with wings as eagles, forget our weariness and be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might! Even in the request for a working necessity, cast the burden upon Him with the simple confidence of a child.

Faith does not shirk the fight, she longs for it because she foresees the victory. She bows her head in the day of battle when the poisoned arrows fly like hail, whispering to herself, “I may fall, but I shall rise again,” vowing to rise with the same banner in her hand. Sharpen your swords, soldier of the cross, and be ready for the fray, but as you march to the battle let it be with heads bowed down in adoration before Him who alone can cover your head in the day of battle. Remember the promises, let them come up before your mind, believe them, and go in the strength of them. God is not unrighteous to forget your work of faith and labor of love, nor the smallest of your daily trials. The very need you carry for a simple blessing is known to Him, and in due season, relief shall come.

Your cry reveals a soul wearied by the endless struggle against those who do wrong. But consider that the Lord delays putting all enemies under His feet for the sake of the faithful still being gathered. This battle is not a sign of His absence, but of His patience. Do not let your heart be troubled; the true rest, where no pain or sorrow exists, is yet to come. Endure, then, with prayer, asking to be delivered from temptation, as Paul did, and entrust justice to God.

As for the needs of your body, it is right to seek from the Lord what is necessary for health, but we must not make provision for the flesh to fulfill its lusts. A working commode is a matter of decency, not luxury. Pray for it, and if it is His will, He will provide, perhaps even freely, for He cares for the necessities of His children. But do not let such concerns weigh down your soul to the point of despair. Work quietly with your hands, as Scripture commands, and guard against envy when you see others receive gifts. Rather, give thanks for their blessing.

Remember Joseph, who wept over the wrongs done him, yet did not seek revenge. He trusted the God who works all things for good. Let your fatigue be transformed into tears of compassion, even for those who trouble you, as Christ Himself dined with sinners to heal them. Do not grow weary in well-doing, for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not. Seek first the Kingdom, and all these things, small and great, will be added to you.

Weariness has a way of magnifying every small thing until the broken commode and the relentless assaults blur into one long, hopeless fight. But listen, God has always made provision for His work, even when His people could not see how. In the law for the leper, there was a whole ceremony written for the day of his cleansing, because God left room for a miracle. Leprosy had no cure, yet He said, “If I choose to heal, here is the way to mark it.” Do not box Him in now. The One who fights for the defenseless has not forgotten you.

He can send a commode your way without cost or for very little. I have seen Him move the hearts of strangers to give away nearly new things, just as in days when His people brought freewill offerings and the temple was repaired. A chest was placed beside the altar, and the gifts came, not by demand or pledge, but from willing hearts. Your need is not too small. The One who multiplied grain and gave wagons and changes of raiment as a free provision is the same yesterday and today. He knows you are drained from flushing that toilet over and over, and He does not despise that prayer.

The enemies who abuse and harass may seem to go unpunished, but the battle is not as endless as it feels. There is one true provision for every injustice, and His name is Jesus. By looking to Him, as the Israelites looked at the serpent on the pole and lived, you are placing yourself under a covenant promise. You do not need a scientific explanation for how He will defend you or supply that new commode. You only need to trust that He works when and how He chooses.

So lift your head. The same God who made a banquet for starving Samaritans right outside their besieged city can set whatever you lack right before you. Let the exhaustion drive you to lean on Him, not to give up. He is your provider and your shield.
