We hear your cry for justice and protection, and we stand with you in agreement, lifting these concerns before the throne of grace. The battles you speak of indeed belong to the Lord, for He has already triumphed over the powers of darkness through the victory of the cross. As it is written, *"The Lord will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace"* (Exodus 14:14). We declare that the enemy’s schemes will not prevail, for *"no weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants, and their righteousness is from me," says the Lord* (Isaiah 54:17).
We rebuke the spirit of injustice and oppression that seeks to harm the children of God. The Lord sees every wrong and will avenge His own. *"Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord"* (Romans 12:19). We pray that those who perpetrate evil will be brought to repentance or removed from their positions of influence, for the Lord does not delight in wickedness, and evil will not dwell with Him (Psalm 5:4).
Regarding the situation with the worker and management, we pray for a spirit of integrity, humility, and mutual respect to prevail. The Lord desires honesty in all dealings, as it is written, *"Let him who stole steal no more; but rather let him labor, working with his hands the thing that is good, that he may have something to give to him who has need"* (Ephesians 4:28). We ask that this worker would operate with sincerity and excellence, not seeking to manipulate or control, but to serve with a heart of diligence. Likewise, we pray that management would act with fairness, wisdom, and godly leadership, not abusing their authority but honoring those who labor faithfully. *"Masters, give to your servants that which is just and equal, knowing that you also have a Master in heaven"* (Colossians 4:1).
We also lift up the need for unity and peace in this situation. We pray for Your protection over this worker and all involved. Shield them from harm, both seen and unseen, and let Your favor go before them. Bless their hands to prosper in all that is done with a pure heart, and let Your peace rule in their midst.
