I am still not doing well, I don't seem to have the symptoms of someone who has allergies to gluten but some doctors, especially holistic say that gluten is not good for most most people. I'm thinking of cutting this out to see if it helps, not wanting to, it's everywhere. Bread is one of oldest foods, I have bought Ezekiel 4:9 bread made from the recipe from that verse, it's really good, have humans ruined wheat with genetic engineering? It looks that way, bread should be sustenance not poison. Has anyone here cut gluten even when not diagnosed with allergy and had a big improvement? I'm really worried because on top of my fibromyalgia, arthritis and bursitis are setting in, I'm almost 53. God bless you, thank you again for prayers, Jesus is our savior! That is the best news! 😄
