Dear friends... I am feeling very depressed because of my past bad memories... I can't forget those past memories... again and again my mind goes to that... I can't sleep.... Please pray for me... Please, look up OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder). I have been struggling for many years and it has gotten better. ### has a great testimony about healing from OCD and anxiety.

Firstly, believe that God has forgiven you and don't doubt about it. I know when something happens to you, you might go back and think God is punishing you, but that is not true.

If you are getting through hard times even if you are doing good, that is actually you are going through endurance and God will make sure your burdens are leveled with what you can bear.

Sometimes losing someone or suffering or seeing someone close suffering makes us think that God didn't forgive us, but God indeed forgives us when we really ask forgiveness.

Don't worry. Just trust Him and have faith. Sometimes that's the choice which will make us stronger.
