My class today, was chaotic and didn’t listen, I know it’s spiritual and the energy influencing the situation because I felt anxious and nervous, whenever I feel nervous, bad things happen things I worry, I can’t do the job if keeps on happening , I want to go back to virtual teaching or find a different job that suits me but I need to finish the year strong, the admin and higher ups has been micromanaging, ame being hostile and disrespectful discriminating, as well as the parents who are discriminating snd misunderstanding among coworkers. Please pray for this.

We hear the heaviness in your heart and the weight of the spiritual battle you’re facing. The chaos, anxiety, and opposition you describe are not merely circumstantial, they are spiritual attacks meant to discourage, distract, and derail you from the calling God has placed on your life. The enemy seeks to steal your peace, kill your joy, and destroy your confidence, but we stand with you in the authority of Jesus Christ to rebuke these forces and declare God’s truth over your situation.

First, we must address the spiritual warfare at play. The Bible tells us in Ephesians 6:12, "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places." The anxiety, nervousness, and chaos you feel are not from God. 2 Timothy 1:7 reminds us, "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." We rebuke the spirit of fear and anxiety in the name of Jesus and command it to leave you now. You are not alone in this battle, God has equipped you with His armor (Ephesians 6:10-18), and we stand with you, wielding the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God.

The hostility, micromanagement, and discrimination you’re facing from administration, parents, and coworkers are not just personal attacks, they are attacks on the work God has called you to do. We pray for justice, wisdom, and protection over you. Psalm 37:5-6 says, "Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will make your righteousness go forth as the light, and your justice as the noon day sun." We declare that God will expose any unrighteousness and bring clarity to the misunderstandings. We also pray for your coworkers, administrators, and parents, that their hearts would be softened, their eyes opened to truth, and their actions aligned with godly wisdom. If there is any unrepentant sin or injustice, we ask God to intervene and bring it to light.

Your desire to flee or return to virtual teaching is understandable, but we encourage you to seek God’s will above your own feelings. Proverbs 3:5-6 says, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." It may be that God has placed you in this difficult environment for a reason, to grow your faith, to be a light in darkness, or to refine your character. We pray for endurance and perseverance, that you would finish this year strong, not in your own strength, but in the strength of the Lord. Philippians 4:13 reminds us, "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me."

We also want to address the spiritual influences you mentioned. While it’s true that spiritual forces can impact our circumstances, we must be careful not to give them more credit than they deserve. The enemy is a defeated foe, and greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). Instead of focusing on the "energy" or influences around you, focus on the power of God’s presence. Psalm 91:1-2 says, "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.'"

Now, let us pray for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the name above every name. We lift up our sister/brother who is feeling defeated and overwhelmed by the chaos and opposition in their workplace. Lord, we rebuke the spirit of fear, anxiety, and discouragement that has been attacking their mind and heart. We declare that You have not given them a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. We command every assignment of the enemy against them to be broken and destroyed in Jesus’ name.

Father, we ask for Your divine protection over them. Surround them with Your angels, Lord, and let Your presence be a shield around them. Give them wisdom and discernment to navigate the challenges they face with administration, parents, and coworkers. Soften the hearts of those who are hostile and open their eyes to truth. Expose any unrighteousness and bring justice where it is needed.

Lord, we pray for strength and endurance. Help them to finish this school year strong, not in their own might, but in the power of Your Spirit. Remind them that they can do all things through Christ who strengthens them. Renew their joy and passion for teaching, and let Your peace that surpasses all understanding guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

Father, we also pray for their future. If it is Your will for them to transition to a different role or environment, we ask that You open the right doors and close the wrong ones. Lead them to a place where they can thrive and serve You wholeheartedly. Until then, give them the grace to persevere and the faith to trust in Your plan.

We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer. We declare that no weapon formed against them will prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of Yahweh, and their righteousness is from You (Isaiah 54:17). We stand on Your promises and trust in Your unfailing love.

We encourage you to stand firm in your faith and continue to seek God’s face daily. Spend time in His Word, for it is a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105). Surround yourself with godly community, believers who can pray with you, encourage you, and hold you accountable. Remember, the battle is not yours, but the Lord’s (2 Chronicles 20:15). Keep your eyes on Him, and He will direct your steps. You are not defeated, you are more than a conqueror through Christ who loves you (Romans 8:37). Press on, and finish this race strong!

Sometimes our bodies sound an alarm, and when we interpret it as a sign that disaster is coming, we tense up and lose our footing, which makes the situation harder, which confirms the original fear. That is not weakness, it is a very human stress response, and it can be slowly untangled.

A practical step to consider: pick one predictable moment in your school day (the first five minutes of class, or a transition between subjects) and pay attention simply to what you feel in your body before it starts. Not to fix it, not to rebuke it, just to notice it with curiosity rather than dread. Sometimes stepping back to observe takes just enough power out of the panic loop to give you a bit of breathing room.

You are also navigating hostile administrators, disrespectful parents, and coworker tension, those are not small things. Feeling micromanaged and discriminated against wears down even the most resilient person. Finishing the year strong may mean adjusting what “strong” looks like. It might look like steady endurance rather than flawless performance, or holding your ground while quietly exploring what comes next. You are allowed to want a situation that suits you better.

Lord Jesus, you see this teacher right now, tired, anxious, and surrounded by difficulty. Calm the racing thoughts and the tightness that comes before the classroom even starts. Grant just enough steadiness for today, and wisdom for the weeks ahead. Bring fairness where there has been disrespect, and surround this teacher with even one ally who understands. Hold the door open for whatever comes next, and carry them through this year in a way that leaves them whole. We ask this in your name, Jesus. Amen.

Do not be so affected by external things as to get into a state of worry, fretfulness, care, anxiety and distress. I hear you speak of feeling anxious and nervous, and that when you feel so, bad things happen. But have you never found that the very anxiety which arises through your being in a difficulty, unfits you to meet that difficulty? Anxiety brings no grist to the mill. It comforts nobody; it unties no knots; it retrieves no lost order. Yet I perceive a deeper trouble still, the fear that you cannot do this job if the chaos keeps on, and the longing to flee back to what seemed safer, or to find a different place. Listen. The glorious truth of the final perseverance of the saints surges up against such defeat, not as a promise of an easy road, but as a bulwark for the soul tossed by these tempests.

You speak as though the great things of your calling have been defeated in that classroom. What else can avail? Is there a supplementary salvation? Shall you now be lost from your post because the visible battle went ill? The righteous shall hold on his way, not because the way is smooth, but because the life imparted at regeneration is incorruptible. If the grace of God has really placed you in that work, you are radically and lastingly upheld, even when all visible props of administration and civil parents are withdrawn. Neither does this perseverance come in by the removal of hostile spirits or the ceasing of micromanaging demands. The purpose of God secures your final perseverance in the path of duty, not your escape from it. Do you know, one of the strong thoughts that steadies the soul is this: I do not present to you a salvation that may fail you under some stress of classroom trial, but a salvation that is strong, having in it the sure mercies of David.

Now, how shall we improve this practically? Do as the bargemen on the canals do when they push backwards to drive their boat forwards. That backward thrust upon the pole, that seeming retreat from your immediate comfort, is the very motion by which the barge glides toward its mooring. This present distress, the discrimination, the misunderstanding, the disrespect, may be the backward push upon the pole of your pride and self-confidence, driving you forward into a deeper reliance upon the everlasting covenant. He will not depart from you, and you shall not depart from Him, what can be a greater assurance of your perseverance even to the end of the year, even to the end of the fight? But remember, this is perseverance in holiness: "They shall not depart from me." Your cry is that you would depart into virtual teaching, into a job that suits you. Yet the promise is that you shall not depart from where He has stationed you, even when the station is a fiery one. I find this precious doctrine very fruitful. Many have been comforted by it; but better still, many have been set thinking, and have turned their faces Christ-ward in the very place of their sorest trial.

The heaviness you describe is real, but it must not be given the throne. You say that whenever you are nervous, bad things happen. Take care with that thought. It can become a kind of superstitious chain. Your anxiety does not rule the classroom, and it does not write the future. God is present everywhere, and to the one who strives and is in earnest He is near.

I understand the wish to return to virtual teaching or find another work. Do not decide that while the storm is loud. Finish the year not by fleeing every hostile face but by standing firmly where God has placed you until He opens a door. The apostles endured tribulation and were not made weaker by it; they were filled with more courage because they had a good hope. You have that same hope, if you will lay hold of it.

You sense a spiritual battle, and not wrongly. But the answer is not to read omens in your nerves. The answer is prayer without ceasing. The widow prevailed by her importunity. The friend at midnight obtained bread by persistence. The Syrophoenician woman called forth the Lord’s compassion by her constancy. God says, While you are yet speaking, I will say, Here I am. Therefore do not let prayer be limited to certain hours. Pray in the noisy moment. Pray before answering the harsh email. Pray when the children will not listen.

At the same time, let the axe of God be laid to the root of your own heart first. This is not to say the administrators are guiltless or the parents just. But you cannot change them today; you can repent, forgive, and refuse bitterness. If you change and become a better servant, the axe may depart. If you remain in the same resentment, it cuts deeper. The fear of the Lord needs teaching, and this present trial is part of the lesson. Ask Him to show you what in your own soul needs to be pruned.

As for being micromanaged, met with hostility, and treated with discrimination, that is real wrong, and God is not blind to it. Do not repay evil for evil. Entrust yourself to the righteous Judge. But do not let their sin become an excuse for you to abandon your post in panic. Earthly reputation and comfort are quickly destroyed, but the soul adorned with patience and meekness is ever blooming and far above anxiety.

I will pray for you, and I ask you to pray for yourself. Do not listen to the fear that says you cannot finish. You cannot, in your own strength; but He who is near can carry you through the remaining days.

Let us pray. O God, who art near to all who call upon You in truth, give Your servant strength to finish the year with a quiet heart. Rebuke the spirit of fear. Give wisdom before administrators and parents. Grant endurance under unjust treatment. And if it is Your will to move this one to another place, make the door plain in Your time; but do not let this one flee in despair. Through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

What you are carrying is heavier than a hard work situation. It is the kind of test that grinds down a person's confidence, and the enemy knows exactly how to use it. The chaos in the classroom, the hostile scrutiny, the misunderstanding from people who should support you, the nervousness that makes you feel doomed before you even start, these are not random. But I want to correct one thing gently: your anxious feelings are not the cause of the trouble. You do not have that much power over the outcome of the day. The Bible shows a man who lost far more than a difficult class. He lost his possessions, his children, and his health, and then his friends sat around him convinced he must have brought it on himself. God's own word about him was that he was upright and blameless. So do not accept the lie that when you feel nervous, bad things must follow. That is fear, not faith.

The accuser wants you to believe you cannot do the job and should quit. But quitting is not the same as being delivered. Job's friends spoke with great confidence, but they were miserable comforters. They kept insisting that if everything were right between him and God, his outward circumstances would be peaceful. They were wrong. Your struggle is not proof that you are out of God's will. It may be exactly the place where God is teaching you to rely on him when your own strength is gone. The end of yourself is often the beginning of his power being made visible in you.

I understand the desire to run to a different setting. That may come eventually. But do not make that decision while you are exhausted and under fire. Wait on the Lord. Commit the classroom, the parents, the administrators, and the coworkers into his hands daily. Ask him for wisdom where you face discrimination and for peace where you face hostility. The people around you may not be fair. The Lord sees it all, and he is the one who vindicates.

Let me pray with you now: Father, I lift up this teacher to you. You see the chaos, the anxiety, the unfair treatment, and the desire to escape. I ask you to quiet the racing heart and replace the fear with your peace. Guard this work, give wisdom with difficult people, and grant endurance to finish what has been set in front. Silence the voice of the accuser that says failure is certain. Let your strength be made perfect in this weakness. In Jesus' name, Amen.
