This is the answer for the pressure you keep feeling in your heart and mind. First please take a deep breath and relax in the name of Jesus. It has been such a long time since you have given yourself a chance to unwind. Your muscles even in your jaws and face stay so tense they are actually painful at times. The Lord cares about you and He is so willing to help you overcome in every area of your life. You need to get to know Him and the way He really is. You will be amazed at just how loving and kind He is and all He is really asking of you is to start spending time with Him. Father God I ask in Jesus Holy Name that You would touch Help Lord as only You can and draw him to Yourself. Amen.
