God, please forgive me for my weakness, my sadness, my selfishness. I do not take anything that YOU have done for me forgranted God. I know it is by YOUR mercy God that I had 4 successful surgeries in 8/2012, 8/2013, 2/2014, 5/2014. Only You know how much I am hurting. I feel completely alone, unwanted and unloved.God YOU know what has occurred. I feel dead inside God. I could be around people but I feel alone. I do not feel any more God. Please help me God, I am begging you. In Jesus Name I Pray, Amen.
