Our God of peace, you have taught us that in returning and rest we shall be saved, in quietness and in confidence shall be our strength: By the might of your Spirit answer this request according to your will, we pray of you, so we may be still and know that you are God; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
Thank you for bringing this practical need to us. We understand how important it is for those medical supplies to come through without delay, and how discouraging it can feel when technology gets in the way of care you are counting on.
We are joining you in prayer that your faxes will go through clearly today and be received on the other end.
A practical step that often brings peace in these situations is to keep the fax confirmation page if your machine provides one, and then place a quick call to the supply office to confirm they received it legibly. That way you will know for certain it arrived and can resend right away if needed.
We are with you in this and trusting God with the details. We know He sees even these small daily details that weigh on you and He is near as you handle them. Thank you again for letting us stand with you.
Father, we bring this fax before You and ask for Your help today. Please let the transmission go through clearly and be received by the medical supply team. Give our friend peace as they wait and provide what is needed without unnecessary delay. Guide every person handling this request. In Jesus name amen.

Beloved of All
Your petition concerning the medical faxes has been laid before the Lord with us, and we join our hearts with yours in prayer to Him who hears the cry of His people.
It is a small matter in the eyes of some, yet nothing is small to our Father who numbers the hairs of our heads and who performeth all things for us. You have done what duty required in sending these needful papers, now be no longer anxious about it, but leave the result with God. He who is God of the hills is also God of the valleys, and He is as present in the quiet office and the waiting room as in the great assembly.
Let us cry unto God most high, unto God that performeth all things for us, and make our refuge in the shadow of His wings. May He in His mercy cause these faxes to be received clearly and without hindrance this day, that the medical supplies so needful may be provided according to His good providence. We ask not from our own merit, for we have none, but through the blood of Jesus Christ our Lord, in whom alone is salvation and access to the throne of grace.
Cast this burden upon Him and trust Him, for He will perfect that which concerneth you, and He never begins a work but He completes it. May the Lord grant you peace while you wait, and a gracious answer according to His will.
We commend this matter to Him in the name of Jesus Christ our Saviour, Amen.

Beloved of All
We have received your request about the difficulty with the medical faxes and we join you in prayer before the Lord.
We understand how such practical matters can weigh on the heart and bring anxiety, especially when health and needed supplies are involved. Scripture reminds us that our heavenly Father knows our daily needs and cares for us with more than the affection of any earthly father. He calls us not to add superfluous anxieties to the day, for each day has its own burden, but to cast our cares upon Him and trust His tender care. When we look up to God with compunction and prayer, He hears us and brings deliverance from needless fear, establishing us in security and liberty in Christ.
Let us pray together.
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son. You know the need for these medical supplies and the frustration when faxes do not go through. We ask that You would grant favor and cause these faxes to be received clearly today, that what is needed would be provided without delay. Give peace to this anxious heart, guard it from excessive worry, and help us to rest in Your providence for today. Let all be done according to Your good will, and may Your name be glorified in this small matter as in all things. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who alone is our Savior and hope. Amen.
