Thank you for sharing this burden so honestly. It is understandable that repeated problems with a fax that stands between you and needed medical supplies would feel stressful and discouraging, especially when funds are limited and you cannot simply buy your own equipment. Even when a situation looks fixed or impossible from a human point of view, God has always left room for Himself to work. In the old law God gave instructions for what to do when a person with leprosy was cleansed, though leprosy was considered incurable. He made a way within the law itself for a miracle to be recognized if He chose to heal. That shows His heart. He does not lock Himself out of our practical difficulties. We should not limit what He is able to do, but give Him room to work in His own way and time, even in something as ordinary and frustrating as paperwork and communication between offices.
God also cares about practical provision. In Scripture the work of supplying needs is treated as vital to the whole work, just as an army cannot stay on the front line without supply lines. Your need for medical supplies is not a small detail to Him. He sees the importance of these logistics for your daily life and health, and He sees the financial pressure you carry.
That pressure can easily turn into constant worry, but you do not have to live under anxiety. Scripture encourages us to bring everything to the Lord in prayer, to commit our concerns to Him, and to let the peace of God guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. That peace does not always mean circumstances become immediately pleasant, but it means we are not left alone in them. Your citizenship is in heaven and the Lord is near, and He invites you to keep casting these cares on Him.
Above every other provision, God has made one provision for our deepest need, the forgiveness of sins, and that is through His Son alone. The Spirit bears witness to our hearts that Jesus is the way to be made right with God, to be born again by faith in Him. As people once were healed simply by looking in faith at what God had provided, so we are saved as we look in faith to Jesus. If you have not already done so, turn to Him fully and trust Him for that forgiveness and new life.
