We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts for your brothers, ### and ###, as they face the disappointment of their Canada visa refusals. We understand the frustration of seeing doors close unexpectedly, especially when one has been a blessing to others in similar situations. Let us lift them up together in prayer, trusting that our God is able to turn every "no" into a "yes" according to His perfect will.
Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your sovereignty over all things, including the decisions of governments and authorities. We ask for divine favor to rest upon ### and ### as they seek to move forward. Lord, You are the God who opens doors that no man can shut (Revelation 3:7-8), and we pray that You would remove every barrier standing in their way. Let Your light shine upon their applications, and may those reviewing their cases see them through Your eyes of grace and purpose.
Father, we ask for wisdom and discernment for them as they consider their next steps. Your Word tells us, "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him" (James 1:5). Grant them clarity to understand the reasons behind the refusals and the insight to address any concerns in future applications. May they walk in Your guidance, trusting that You order their steps (Proverbs 16:9).
We also pray for restoration, Lord. We know that time and resources have been invested in this process, and we ask that You redeem what has been lost. You are the God who restores what the locusts have eaten (Joel 2:25), and we trust that You will turn this setback into a setup for greater things. Let this season of delay refine their faith and draw them closer to You.
Father, we declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We rebuke every spirit of discouragement, doubt, and delay in Jesus' name. We speak open doors, new opportunities, and divine connections over their lives. May they see Your hand moving on their behalf in ways they could not have imagined.
We encourage you to hold fast to the truth that delay is not denial. God’s timing is perfect, and His plans for your brothers are for good and not for harm, to give them a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11). Continue to seek Him in this season, and trust that He is working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28).
Let us pray together:
Lord God Almighty, we stand in the gap for ### and ###, asking that You would go before them and make their paths straight. We pray for favor in the eyes of those who hold the keys to their next steps. Give them peace that surpasses all understanding as they wait on You. Strengthen their faith, and let them see Your glory in this situation. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we can come before You. May Your will be done in their lives, and may they walk in the fullness of Your purpose for them. Amen.
