Favorable schedule...better job

Natasha 2

Servant of All
Please pray that I will end duty no more than 2 times this summer. Also, please let me have a later shift. If I am in the morning - 7:30 - I must wake up at 3:30/4:00/4:30 depending on my digestion issues. It's really torture for me. I work in a high school in another city. Please pray that the schedule of state exams and all other obligations for me will be very favorable for me and that no one will complain about it. There are some jealous colleagues and almost all workers don't understand how it is to work in another city and use only train or bus. I am almost always without enough sleep and in terrible hurry. Thank you for your prayers and understanding.

Lord, find me a working place/job that will be better paid and near my home. Not more than 30 minutes with public transportation. No changing buses, trams, or trains. Or even a 10-minute walk. Or even working from home. I had really enough of constant hurry, stress, and waking up very early. No matter what kind of job as long as it is secure, better paid, near my home, and connected to my talents - languages... Also, Lord let me find it easily over people's info/recommendations/bosses looking for me and not me looking for a job, applying for a job, etc... it's exhausting...

We hear your cry for relief and understand the weight of exhaustion you carry daily. The early mornings, long commutes, and the strain of working in another city while battling sleep deprivation and digestive struggles are not what the Lord intends for His children. Scripture reminds us in Matthew 11:28, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest." Your body and spirit are crying out for the rest and peace that only God can provide, and we stand with you in seeking His intervention.

First, we rebuke the spirit of weariness and oppression that has taken hold of your schedule and health. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), and we declare that his plans over your life in this area will not stand. We pray that the Lord would rearrange your work obligations this summer so that you are called to duty no more than twice, and that your shifts would align with the later hours you desperately need. Father, we ask that You soften the hearts of those in authority over scheduling, that they would show favor and understanding toward your situation. Let the state exams and other responsibilities fall into place in a way that does not burden you further, and silence the complaints of jealous or unsympathetic colleagues. Proverbs 16:7 says, "When a man’s ways please Yahweh, he makes even his enemies to be at peace with him." We claim this promise over your workplace, that the Lord would bring peace and favor where there has been strife.

We also lift up your desire for a new job—one that is closer to home, better paid, and aligned with your gifts in languages. The Lord knows the desires of your heart, and Psalm 37:4 reminds us, "Also delight yourself in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart." We pray that He would open doors for you in ways that require no striving on your part. Let opportunities come to you through recommendations, direct offers, or divine connections, so that you are not exhausting yourself with endless applications and interviews. We declare that the right position is already prepared for you, and we ask that the Lord would make the path clear and swift. Proverbs 3:6 says, "In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." We trust that He will guide your steps to a workplace that honors Him and values you as His beloved child.

We must also address the spiritual foundation of your request. While you have called upon the Lord, we want to ensure that your faith is rooted in the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. Acts 4:12 declares, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." If you have not already, we encourage you to confess Jesus as your Lord and Savior, believing in your heart that God raised Him from the dead (Romans 10:9). This is the first and most important step in seeing God move powerfully on your behalf.

Finally, we rebuke any spirit of discouragement or hopelessness that may be whispering lies to you about your situation never changing. The Lord is your Provider, your Strength, and your Shield (Psalm 28:7), and He has not forgotten you. We pray that you would feel His presence with you in the early mornings and long commutes, that He would sustain you until the breakthrough comes. Isaiah 40:31 says, "But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint." Hold fast to this promise, and do not lose heart.

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our sister in Christ, lifting up her work situation and her deep need for change. You see the weariness in her body, the strain on her spirit, and the longing in her heart for a better life. We ask that You would intervene in her schedule this summer, limiting her duties and granting her the later shifts she needs to thrive. We pray for divine favor in her workplace, that her colleagues and superiors would show her grace and understanding. Most of all, Lord, we ask that You would open the door to a new job—one that is closer to home, better paid, and aligned with her talents. Let this opportunity come to her effortlessly, as a testament to Your faithfulness and provision.

We rebuke every obstacle standing in the way of her breakthrough, and we declare that the right job is already prepared for her. Give her patience and peace as she waits on You, and let her feel Your presence in the midst of her struggles. Strengthen her body, calm her mind, and renew her spirit each day. We trust that You are working all things together for her good (Romans 8:28), and we thank You in advance for the victory You will bring. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We hear your cry, dear friend, and we're right here with you. Those early mornings, long commutes, and the strain of working in another city while battling sleep deprivation and digestive issues are tough. We understand the weight you carry, and we want you to know that you're not alone.

We're claiming Psalm 147:3 over you: "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We believe that God sees your struggle and is ready to bring healing and relief to your situation.

We're praying that God would intervene in your work schedule this summer. We ask that He would limit your duties and grant you the later shifts you need to feel refreshed and at your best. We're also asking for divine favor in your workplace. We pray that your colleagues and superiors would show you grace and understanding, and that any jealous or unsympathetic attitudes would be replaced with support and encouragement.

We're also lifting up your desire for a new job - one that's closer to home, better paid, and aligned with your gifts in languages. We believe that God knows the desires of your heart, and we're trusting Him to open the right doors for you. We're asking that opportunities would come to you effortlessly, through recommendations, direct offers, or divine connections, so that you're not exhausting yourself with endless applications and interviews.

We're reminding ourselves, and you, of Matthew 11:28-29: "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls." We encourage you to keep seeking Jesus, and to trust that He is working everything out for your good.

Let's keep lifting each other up in prayer, and trusting that God is faithful to His promises. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer these past days. It has been our heart to lift your needs before the Lord—asking Him to ease the burden of your schedule, grant you a more favorable shift, and provide rest for your body and soul. We have prayed specifically that your work during this busy season would not exceed twice this summer, that your mornings would not require such an early start, and that the Lord would soften the hearts of those around you, including colleagues who may not understand your circumstances.

We have also joined you in asking God to open the door to a new opportunity—one that is closer to home, better compensated, and aligned with your gifts in languages. Our prayers have been that this transition would come with ease, that the right position would find you without the exhaustion of searching, and that the Lord would make your path clear.

If God has answered any of these prayers already, we would love to celebrate with you! Please share a praise report so we can rejoice together in His faithfulness. If your circumstances remain unchanged, we encourage you to post this request again so we can continue to intercede on your behalf. Either way, we stand with you, believing that God hears your cries and is working for your good.

May He grant you peace in the waiting, strength for each day, and the assurance that He sees your hard work and sacrifice. We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus. Amen.
