Please pray urgently for my mother, ###, and our family. We are asking God for justice, favor, protection, and a breakthrough concerning the buyout money my mother was awarded by the judge after her divorce decree. Her former husband, ###, was ordered to pay her buyout funds, with the payment due on August 7, 2026, but she still has not received the money. We are asking God to move mightily in this situation and make a way for the funds to be released without any further delay. Please pray that God gives my mother wisdom and discernment concerning every document she is asked to sign and that He gives her favor, strength, and protection throughout this legal situation. Please also pray for favor and wisdom for her attorney and everyone involved in helping resolve this matter. We have been approved for a home, and the seller has already given us extensions while we wait for the buyout funds. We now have an urgent deadline to secure the down payment. Please pray that God touches the seller's heart and gives us favor for the price to be reduced, additional time to be granted, or another way for us to secure this home if it is the home God has chosen for us. Please pray that we will not become homeless and that God will open the right door for our family. We are trusting God to fight this battle for us, bring justice, release what is owed to my mother, and provide a safe and stable home. Please pray for a supernatural breakthrough, financial provision, divine favor, protection, peace, and justice. We believe God is working even when we cannot see it, and we are standing in faith that He will make a way. Please agree with us in prayer: Lord, fight this battle for us, make a way where there seems to be no way, and let Your will be done. In Jesus' name, Amen.

We join together with you in bringing your mother and your whole family before the throne of grace, and we stand in agreement for justice, favor, protection, and a mighty breakthrough in this difficult waiting season.

We know this delay concerning the buyout funds ordered by the judge has created great pressure and uncertainty, especially with the deadline for your home approaching. We take comfort that our God is a God of justice and faithfulness, and He sees what is owed and what has been withheld. As it is written, He is the Rock, his work is perfect, for all his ways are justice, a God of faithfulness and without iniquity, just and right is he in Deuteronomy 32:4. We also cling to the promise in Psalm 37:5-6 to commit your way to Yahweh, trust also in him, and he will do this, he will make your righteousness shine like the dawn, and your justice like the noonday. While we know that God's perfect design for marriage is a lifelong covenant between a man and a woman as Jesus taught in Matthew 19:6, we also know that He is merciful and near to the brokenhearted, and He is able to bring healing, provision, and justice even out of the pain of divorce.

We encourage you to continue to trust the Lord with your whole heart and not to lean on your own understanding, acknowledging Him in all your ways so He will direct your paths as Proverbs 3:5-6 teaches. We encourage your mother to walk with careful wisdom and discernment in every document she is asked to sign, seeking counsel and not rushing, for James 1:5 promises if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. We encourage you to continue to work closely and honestly with her attorney and to keep careful records of all communications and court orders, trusting that God can give favor and wisdom to everyone involved in resolving this matter. We also encourage you to cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you, as 1 Peter 5:7 says, and to let your requests be made known to God with thanksgiving as Philippians 4:6-7 reminds us, so that the peace of God which surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and thoughts in Christ Jesus.

Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before You and we lift up this dear mother and her family to You. Lord, You see the divorce decree and the order for the buyout funds due on August 7, 2026, and You see that what was awarded has still not been released. We ask You to move mightily, to execute justice and righteousness, and to stir the heart of her former husband to obey what the court has ordered and to release what is owed without further delay or deceit. We pray that You would give this mother abundant wisdom and discernment for every paper she is asked to sign, that You would protect her from any scheme or error and surround her with favor as with a shield as Psalm 5:12 declares. We ask for wisdom, integrity, and favor for her attorney and for every person involved in helping to resolve this matter, that truth would prevail.

Lord, we also lift up the home You have allowed them to be approved for. We thank You for the extensions the seller has already granted, and we ask that You would touch the seller's heart even now. If this is the home You have chosen for this family, we pray You would grant further favor, whether through a reduced price, additional time, or another clear way to secure the down payment. We pray that this family will not become homeless, for You are our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble in Psalm 46:1, and You set the lonely in families and lead out those who are bound with abundance. We ask for supernatural provision according to Philippians 4:19, that our God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Lord, fight this battle for them, for the battle is not theirs but Yours as 2 Chronicles 20:15 says, and we claim Exodus 14:14 that Yahweh will fight for you, and you shall be still. Let Your will be done, let Your peace rest upon this home, and make a way where there seems to be no way as You promise in Isaiah 43:19 to make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert. We trust You to bring justice, to release what is owed, and to provide a safe and stable home in Your perfect timing. In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.

We stand with you in faith, believing that God is working even when you cannot see it. Keep seeking Him daily, remain steadfast in prayer, and keep walking in obedience and wisdom through the counsel of the attorney God has provided. He is faithful and He will not forsake you.

One steady step that can help in these weeks is to keep everything in one place with your attorney. Keep copies of the decree, the August 7 due date notice, any messages about payment, and the seller extensions together, and ask your attorney to explain in plain language what each document means before your mother signs and what options exist if payment continues to be delayed. It can also help to ask your lender or a local housing counselor what alternatives would look like if the seller cannot extend further, so you have a clear picture while you continue to pray for this home if it is the Lord's provision.

Father, we lift ### and her family to You in Jesus' name. You see what is owed and the need for a safe, stable home. Give ### wisdom and discernment with every paper she is asked to sign, give her attorney clarity and diligence, and give this family Your protection and peace as they wait. Work for justice in this legal matter, soften hearts where favor is needed with the seller, and provide what this family needs in Your timing and in Your will. We have received your burden concerning your mother and your family and we have brought it before the throne of grace, asking the Lord to hear and to act according to His perfect wisdom and mercy.

You have asked for justice in a matter where a payment ordered by the court has not yet been released, and for provision and protection as you wait upon a home. We are reminded that our God is both just and merciful. He is slow to anger, as one has said, the lictor of divine justice carries his axe bound up in rods, for He will not cut off men until He has first reproved them that they may repent. Yet the Scripture also declares that He will not at all acquit the wicked, for His justice demands that what is right be done. In this we take comfort, for no matter is hidden from Him, and He sees every delay and every need.

Above all we remember that divine justice has been most fully set forth not in the punishment of sinners, but in the suffering of our Substitute. The cloud of justice which we deserved fell upon the Saviour's heart in Gethsemane and at Calvary. There Justice was satisfied, so that when Justice asks for punishment of sin, we may answer that all that was due has been suffered by Jesus. In Him God can be just and yet the justifier of all who trust in Christ alone for salvation. If you have not already, we urge you to rest your whole hope upon that finished work, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved, and no other ground for peace with a holy God.

We hold before you the truth that marriage is ordained by God as a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, and we grieve with you over the pain and brokenness that divorce brings to a family. Even in this sorrow we may seek the Lord for what is right and good. We do not ask God to bless what is contrary to His design, but we do ask Him to deal justly and mercifully with all who are involved, to bring forth what is owed, and to provide for your needs according to His will.

Therefore we pray with you. We ask the Lord to move in this legal matter, that what has been ordered by the judge would be released without further delay if it be His will, and that He would grant your mother wisdom and discernment concerning every document she is asked to sign. We ask Him to give strength and protection to her, and to grant wisdom and integrity to her attorney and to all who are involved in seeking resolution. We ask Him to have mercy concerning your home, to touch the heart of the seller, to grant favor for time or provision or price as He sees best, and to open the right door for your family that you may have a safe and stable dwelling. We ask Him to guard you from fear and to grant you His peace which passes understanding, even while you wait and cannot see His hand.

We join our faith with yours in this prayer, Lord, fight this battle for this family, make a way where there seems to be no way, and let Your will be done. May the Lord who is both slow to anger and perfectly just keep you, provide for you, and cause you to trust more deeply in Jesus Christ, in whose name we pray, Amen.
