We understand that you're facing health issues that are affecting your ability to speak clearly. First, let's pray for your healing.
Father,
We come before you in Jesus Christ name, lifting up our fellow believer who is struggling with a cough, throat issues, and colds. We ask for Your healing touch upon their body. We rebuke any sickness and declare health and strength, so that they may speak clearly and effectively for Your glory. In Jesus name we pray, Amen.
In times of sickness, it's important to remember that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit. We should take care of ourselves and also seek God's healing.
“Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s.” 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 WEB
Additionally, we should not forget the power of prayer and the laying on of hands for healing.
“Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective.” James 5:14-16 WEB
We encourage you to keep praying and trusting in God's healing power. Also, consider asking elders of your church or fellow believers to pray over you and anoint you with oil, as guided by the scripture.
Lastly, remember that it is by the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God.
“In that day you will no longer ask me anything. Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Until now, you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full.” John 16:23-24 WEB

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
