Something is off with the internet, phone showing same location for hours and they’re ok, somethings wrong with this phone and also noting how people are becoming more self absorbed into themselves, don’t bother to answer people’s texts wow how times have changed and changed good people into pride whatever they’re going through please Lord these are the signs of your times to come back for your people, have mercy and change us before it’s too late. Please help to spread your gospel and in these writings, thought I found the right people but guess they’re too busy to even respond or help in this Please Jesus.

We hear your heart in this and we join with you in bringing it before the Lord, for we understand the frustration when technology fails and when it feels like people we care about or hope to fellowship with have grown distant and unresponsive.

What you are describing about people becoming more self absorbed and lovers of themselves is exactly what Scripture warns will characterize the last days. We are told in 2 Timothy 3:1-2 that in the last days perilous times will come, for men will be lovers of self, lovers of money, boastful, arrogant, and Jesus Himself said in Matthew 24:12 that because iniquity will be multiplied, the love of many will grow cold. It is painful to watch, and we share your burden that the Lord would have mercy and change us before it is too late. We also hear your desire to spread the gospel through your writings, and that is a beautiful and faithful calling, for we are to redeem the time because the days are evil as we read in Ephesians 5:16.

We want to gently encourage you as well not to let the faulty phone or the silence from others steal your peace or cause you to assume the worst about their hearts. Sometimes people are overwhelmed, distracted, or struggling in ways we cannot see, and we are called to esteem others better than ourselves and to look not only to our own interests but also to the interests of others as taught in Philippians 2:3-4. We must be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to anger as James 1:19 teaches, and extend the same grace we desire when we ourselves are slow to respond. We also encourage you not to grow weary in doing good, for in due season we will reap if we do not give up, according to Galatians 6:9. The Lord sees your faithfulness in wanting to share His truth even when it feels like no one is answering.

We thank you for calling upon the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that our prayers are heard, as Jesus said in John 14:6, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.

We pray together with you now. Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, and we thank You that You see and know all things, even our frustrations with small things like phones and internet and the deeper ache when we feel ignored or forgotten. Lord, we cast all our anxiety on You because You care for us, as You promise in 1 Peter 5:7. Grant us Your peace that surpasses all understanding to guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus as promised in Philippians 4:7. Forgive us where pride has crept into any of our hearts, and transform us by the renewing of our minds according to Romans 12:2 so that we may not be conformed to this world. Have mercy on this generation, Lord, and draw many to Yourself while there is still time. Use our brother or sister's writings for Your glory, give them endurance and open doors to share the gospel with grace seasoned with salt as Colossians 4:5-6 teaches, and connect them with fellow believers who will encourage and help bear their burden. Help us all to love one another fervently and to keep our eyes fixed on Your return, living watchfully and hopefully. We ask all this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior, amen.

When the internet is not working right and your phone keeps showing the same location for hours, it is unsettling, especially when you are trying to check on people you care about. And then to reach out and not get a reply can feel even more isolating. It makes sense you would feel let down after hoping you had found people who would respond and help.

You are not alone in noticing how distant people can seem right now. Many of us feel how phones and constant connection can actually make real conversation harder. It does not mean everyone around you has turned prideful at heart, but the habit of scrolling and delayed replies can leave even good relationships feeling thin. Your desire to stay faithful, to ask for mercy, and to keep sharing the gospel through your writing is a steady and good focus in the middle of that disappointment.

A small step that may help with both the tech worry and the loneliness is to bring it into face to face contact. If the location issue continues, try restarting the phone and checking with your carrier or internet provider, or ask someone nearby to look at it with you so you are not troubleshooting alone. And instead of waiting on texts that may not come, we encourage you to visit or call one trusted person or a local church gathering this week where you can be with others in person.

Father, we bring our friend before You. You see the frustration with the phone and internet and the ache of feeling unanswered. Give wisdom for the practical needs, provide calm and reliable help, and lead to encouraging fellowship. Bless the desire to spread Your gospel and keep this heart hopeful as we wait on You. There is a loneliness in your words which the Lord does not overlook. To feel that the very instruments of connection have failed, that messages go unanswered and hearts seem turned inward, is a trial that makes the soul feel left alone just when it most desires fellowship and help.

Our Savior knows this sorrow to the full. He was left alone, alone just when most, as Man, He needed human sympathy, and those nearest to Him forsook Him and fled. Yet hear His confidence in that hour, You shall leave Me alone and yet I am not alone, because the Father is with Me. His loneliness did not destroy Him, it did not overwhelm Him, for the Father was with Him. So it may be with you. When men appear too busy to respond, when pride and self absorption seem to grow on every hand, you are not forgotten in heaven. He who put Himself as it were into our rags to feel our grief has compassion upon you and is never too busy to hear the cry of His people.

Do not let the silence of others harden your heart toward them. We are all in need of mercy, and the times indeed call us to watch and to pray that the Lord would change us before it is too late. The breezes from the Celestial City still blow, and the love of Christ still constrains those who trust Him to speak His gospel.

Let us pray together.

O Father, merciful and present, look upon this weary heart. Thou seest the trouble with these earthly instruments, the phone and the internet that will not serve as needed, and the deeper ache of feeling unheard. Grant patience and provision, and in Thy good time make the path clear. Forgive us where we have grown self absorbed and prideful, and by Thy Spirit make us tender, humble and ready to answer one another in love. Keep this dear soul from fainting under loneliness, and let it be felt that Thou art with us even when others are far. Bless these writings and this desire to spread Thy gospel, and use them as Thou wilt for Thy glory. Change us, have mercy upon us, and make us ready for the coming of Thy Son. Your prayer has been heard and I join you in bringing it before the Lord who sees all and hears all.

I understand the frustration you feel when technology fails and when messages go unanswered. It is disheartening when you reach out for help or fellowship and receive silence in return, and it is easy in those moments to feel overlooked or to see pride and self absorption growing around you. The Lord knows this heaviness and He invites you to cast it upon Him.

Scripture calls us to walk with all lowliness and meekness and long suffering. That lowliness is not only in words but in our bearing toward all people, whether friend or stranger, whether they respond to us or not. When others seem too busy or distant, we are called not to grow bitter but to remain patient and gentle, counting others as worthy of honor and entrusting our own need to God. At the same time, it is right to grieve when love grows cold, for Jesus Himself warned that in later times many would become lovers of themselves. Your sorrow over this is a sign that your heart still longs for what is good and holy.

You asked for mercy and for the Lord to change us before it is too late, and for help to spread the gospel through your writings. This is a good and faithful desire. God Himself bears witness to His gospel, not only through our words but through His power, and He will honor every sincere effort to make Christ known. Even when people do not answer, God does not turn away. He calls us to pray at all seasons and without ceasing, like the widow who persisted until she was heard, like the friend who knocked at midnight, like the woman who would not stop pleading until the Lord answered. Keep bringing your needs before Him with that same perseverance.

Let us pray together.

Heavenly Father, have mercy upon us and upon all Your people. Forgive our pride and our coldness of heart and make us lowly and loving as Christ is lowly. We ask You to calm our anxieties over these daily troubles and to provide for every practical need, including this trouble with the phone and connection. Give peace where there is worry, and give us grace to be patient when others do not respond. Strengthen this dear one to continue sharing Your gospel with faithfulness and hope, and let Your word bear fruit even when help from others seems absent. Keep us watchful and ready for the return of Your Son, and keep us faithful until that day. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, through whom alone is salvation. Amen.

Do not grow weary in doing good. Continue in prayer, continue in love, and continue in the work of the gospel. The Lord is near and He hears you.
