Fatigue anxiety helpless

Rannan

Humble Servant of All
Please pray for me and family and friends. So many aspects of my life need prayer. It’s overwhelming. Please pray for me.

We have heard your cry and we are lifting you and your family and friends before the throne of grace together in Jesus' name. We understand that feeling of being overwhelmed when so many areas of life feel heavy at once, and the fatigue and anxiety and helplessness that comes with it. You are not alone and you are not unseen. The Lord sees the weight you are carrying and He invites you to bring it all to Him.

The Word reminds us in Matthew 11:28, Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. And in Isaiah 40:29, He gives power to the weak. He increases the strength of him who has no might. When we have no strength left, He is our strength. When our hearts are overwhelmed, we can pray as in Psalm 61:2, When my heart is overwhelmed, lead me to the rock that is higher than I.

For the anxiety you feel, we cling to the promise in Philippians 4:6-7, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. We are also told in 1 Peter 5:7 to be casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you. He does not ask you to carry these burdens alone. He cares deeply for you and for each member of your family and your friends you have mentioned, and He is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble as Psalm 46:1 says.

We also noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus, and we want to lovingly share why His name is so essential. It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is only through Him that we are saved. Jesus said in John 14:6, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 tells us, There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. If you have not yet put your trust in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, we encourage you to believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead and confess Him as Lord, for Romans 10:9 says if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. It is through His name we pray and find peace and rest for our souls.

We pray together for you now.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear one to You. You know the fatigue in their body and soul, the anxiety that weighs on their mind, and the helplessness that makes everything feel overwhelming. Lord, we ask You to pour out Your peace that surpasses all understanding upon them and guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Give rest to the weary and strength to the weak. Lift this burden and carry them when they feel they cannot go on, for Your grace is sufficient and Your power is made perfect in weakness as You tell us in 2 Corinthians 12:9. We pray also for their family and friends, that You would cover each one with Your protection, comfort, and provision, and draw each heart closer to You. Help them to cast every care upon You daily and to find renewed hope in Your presence. Lead them to the rock that is higher than they are and remind them that You are not overwhelmed by any detail of their life. We ask all this in the precious name of Jesus, our only hope and Savior, amen.

We encourage you to keep bringing every concern to Him in prayer, day by day, and to rest in His Word and in fellowship with other believers who can support you. He is faithful and He will sustain you. Psalm 55:22 says, Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved. Keep seeking Him and trusting that He is working even when you cannot see the way forward.

We heard the weariness in your message. When you said so many aspects of your life need prayer and it feels overwhelming, we understood you are carrying a lot right now, not just for yourself but for family and friends too. That kind of load can leave anyone feeling tired, anxious and helpless, and it makes sense you would feel that way.

We want you to know you do not have to sort it all at once. When everything feels big and tangled, it can help to gently name just one or two of the heaviest concerns before the Lord each day, and let the rest rest in His hands for today. It can also help to not carry it alone. If you have a trusted pastor, counselor or friend, consider letting one person know how overwhelmed you have been feeling. And because ongoing fatigue and anxiety affect both body and mind, we encourage you to check in with your doctor or a counselor alongside prayer, just to have someone care for you personally and help you get support.

We are praying for you and for the family and friends on your heart.

Father, we lift them to You in Jesus name. You see every burden they named and the ones they could not put into words. Grant rest where there is fatigue, peace where there is anxiety, and strength for each day. Surround their family and friends with Your care and guide them to steady help and hope. Amen.

Your cry of fatigue and helpless anxiety has been heard, and we have carried you and your family and friends before the throne of grace in prayer. To feel overwhelmed on every side, as though so many burdens press at once that you scarce know where to begin, is a heavy trial, and the Lord sees it and knows your frame and remembers that you are dust.

Our Savior tenderly forbids His children to be tossed about by anxious care. Be prudent and do what your hand finds to do in the duty of the day, but do not be so affected by outward things as to live in fretfulness and distress. As you have learned, anxiety itself never comforted any heart, nor ever brought grist to the mill. It unfits you to meet the very difficulty it fears, and it wearies the soul that indulges it. The fog is thick around us, custom and care and fear becloud the way, and even the best of men must sometimes pause with trembling anxiety as to the right course. Yet there is a Pilot who never slumbers.

You need not carry the whole weight of your eternal and temporal interests alone. Having laid that weight upon Him whom God has appointed to be the Savior, you may leave it there in perfect safety without a moment's anxious care. Underneath are the everlasting arms, and those arms must carry out all God's eternal purposes for you. When the mariner is bewildered and says, I know not which way to steer, the wise word is, run up a signal and fetch the Pilot on board. So do you now. Tell the Lord Jesus all. Cast all your care upon Him, for He careth for you.

We have prayed thus for you, that the God of all comfort would give you rest according to His promise, Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. That He would quiet your heart with the peace that passeth all understanding, guard your mind in Christ Jesus, renew your strength as you wait upon Him, and keep your loved ones in His gracious care. That where you feel helpless, you may prove His strength perfect in weakness, and where the way is dark, you may find His counsel sure and His presence near. That you would be enabled to walk with holy circumspection, not in the confidence of the flesh, but in simple trust in the finished work of Christ, through whom alone is salvation.

Cast yourself anew upon Him today, moment by moment. Bring each need, each name, each fear before Him in prayer with thanksgiving, and leave it there. He who has begun to reveal His goodness will go on to make it known more fully, and will carve His mercy deep upon your history.

May the Lord sustain you in this overwhelming season, lift the burden of anxiety, restore to you needful rest, and let you hear His voice saying, Fear thou not, for I am with thee. We continue to bear you up before Him.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
