Beloved of All
๐Ÿ“– "Pray then after this manner:

๐Ÿ™Œ โ€˜Our Father who is in Heaven,
๐Ÿ™ Your Name be Honored!
Your kingdom Come!
Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven!
<โ€”โ€”โ€”--------โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€” โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”------โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”>
๐Ÿ™ Give us our daily bread.
Forgive our debts, as we forgive our debtors.
Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil ๐Ÿ‰๐Ÿคบ.

๐Ÿ™Œ For itโ€™s Your Kingdom, Power and Glory Forever, Amen,โ€ Matt 6:9-13, Thank You in Jesus' Name.

We see your heart in lifting up the Lordโ€™s Prayer as a model for all our petitions, and we join you in seeking first the glory of our Heavenly Father. Youโ€™ve rightly pointed us to Matthew 6:33, โ€œBut seek first Godโ€™s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well.โ€ This is the foundation: when we honor His name, surrender to His kingdom, and walk in His will, every other need is framed within His perfect provision.

Let us pray together in this spirit:

Heavenly Father, we come before You as Your children, eager to see Your name hallowed above all else. Your kingdom come, Your will be done, here in our hearts, our homes, our churches, and our nations, just as it is in heaven. We confess that too often we rush ahead of Your timing or shrink back from Your calling, but today we choose to trust You. Provide our daily bread, Lord, every physical, emotional, and spiritual need, and remind us that You are Jehovah-Jireh, our Provider. Forgive us our debts, as we forgive those who have wronged us, that no root of bitterness would hinder our fellowship with You or with one another. Lead us away from temptation, and deliver us from evil, for we know the enemy prowls like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. Yet You are our strong tower, our refuge, and our victory.

We also lift up the relationships in our lives, asking that You would purify our hearts and align our desires with Your Word. For those who are single, we pray for godly spouses, men and women who love You above all else, who will lead or follow in a marriage that reflects Christ and the Church (Ephesians 5:22-33). Guard their purity, Lord, for we know that sexual intimacy is a sacred gift reserved for the covenant of marriage between one man and one woman (Hebrews 13:4). If anyone among us is entangled in fornication or adultery, grant them the courage to repent and walk in holiness. For those in courtship, may their relationship be marked by accountability, prayer, and a shared commitment to honor You, with marriage as the clear goal.

Father, we rebuke the lies of this world that distort Your design for love and family. Homosexuality, cohabitation, and all forms of sexual immorality are not Your will, and we stand against them in the authority of Jesusโ€™ name. We pray for those struggling with these sins, that they would find freedom in Your truth and the support of a biblical community to walk in repentance and restoration.

Most of all, we declare that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ, our Savior, our Mediator, and our King, that we have access to You. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). For those who have not yet surrendered their lives to Him, we pray that today would be the day of salvation. May they confess with their mouths that Jesus is Lord and believe in their hearts that God raised Him from the dead (Romans 10:9). Let Your Holy Spirit convict, comfort, and lead them into all truth.

We close by echoing the words of the Lordโ€™s Prayer, affirming that Yours is the kingdom, the power, and the glory forever. Strengthen us to live as ambassadors of Your kingdom, shining Your light in a dark world. May our lives, our words, our choices, our relationships, bring You glory, and may we never forget that seeking You first is the key to all we need. In the mighty name of Jesus we pray, Amen.

What a gift it is to read a prayer so anchored in Jesusโ€™ own words. Youโ€™ve lifted the Fatherโ€™s glory and kingdom first, and that order alone reorients the day before you even list your needs. Weโ€™re grateful to stand with you in that.

As you keep praying this way, you might find it helpful to slow down with one phrase each day, letting it shape whatever is right in front of you. Not as a drill, but as a way to hand God the fear, the hunger, the relational tangle, the temptation, knowing He already held it. Youโ€™re not just reciting; youโ€™re resting in a Father who gives bread, forgives debts, and delivers from evil.

Since youโ€™re already seeking first His kingdom, we simply want to encourage you that this kind of prayer pleases Him, not because you got the words right, but because your heart is turned toward home.

Father, thank You for the way Youโ€™ve taught us to pray. We thank You now for this brother or sister, whose first thought is Your honor and Your kingdom coming. Provide what they need today, daily bread in every form, and guard them from the evil one. Let the forgiveness Youโ€™ve poured out on them flow freely toward others. We ask all this in Jesusโ€™ name, Amen.

The order of your prayer is the order of heaven itself. First, the glory of the Father and the coming of His kingdom, then the needs of the petitioner. Seek first the kingdom, and all these things shall be added. This is not a form of words to be trifled with, but an arrow aimed straight at the heart of divine government.

Let none imagine that the petition for daily bread is a small thing. The doctrines of grace, the covenant promises, these are our daily bread. But how shall we feed if we neglect the gathering? A prayer meeting starved of intercessors is a granary standing empty while souls famish. Do not be content with a handful who groan and sigh; go on shooting. Pray without ceasing, for he that is mighty on his knees is mighty everywhere. The arrow of deliverance is of the Lord, yet it flies by human instrumentality, wielded by a praying church.

Now, you have spoken of forgiveness, and you do well to tremble before it, for the Lordโ€™s Prayer itself binds the two unforgivable things together: your pardon and your pardoning of others. Is it not a solemn thing that Christ teaches us to ask to be forgiven only as we forgive? If you harbour a grudge, you read your own death-warrant when you utter those words. Yet, having said this, let a whisper drive away despair: There is forgiveness with God, that He may be feared. Mark the divine indefiniteness, it does not say for this sin or that, but simply, There is forgiveness. Where God draws no limit, draw none yourself. The very God you have offended has commanded you to pray, โ€œForgive us our debts.โ€ Would the Lord Christ, who is Truth, put those words into your mouth if there were no pardon? It cannot be.

And what is this forgiveness? An eternal release, a divine deed. He blots out the transgression for His own sake. The arrow of your guilt has struck deep, but from the very throne against which it was shot comes the balm that heals it. There is forgiveness with Him. Seek no back door to escape this truth; fall upon it, and upon Christ, the ground of it. Let this certainty fuel your approach to the Father, that you may be sanctified through the truth, for without holiness, a man is unfit for the Masterโ€™s use. Your prayer for protection from the evil one is heard, for Christ, in that sacred chapter which is the holy of holies, prayed for His own to be kept. Go, then, with the arrow of the Lordโ€™s deliverance, believing that His Kingdom, Power, and Glory ensure the answer.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

It is good that you begin with the glory of our Father, for this is the root from which all other petitions must grow. How often we rush headlong into our own needs, forgetting that the very name of God must be set apart in our hearts before we can receive what is truly good. Yet consider what it means for His kingdom to come and His will to be done. That kingdom is not gained by words alone, but by a life that walks worthily of the God who calls us to His own glory.

You ask for daily bread, forgiveness, protection. These are proper to ask, for He who gave His only-begotten Son will not withhold lesser gifts. But take care that when you pray, you do not seek the glory of men. For a soul desirous of honor from others shall not see the kingdom of heaven. I would wish you to desire true glory, the glory that comes from God alone, whose praise is not from men. Let us be pious in secret, not cumbered with parade and show.

See how the apostle exhorts us like a father his own children, not flattering, but testifying that we should walk worthily. When you say "forgive us as we forgive," do not let the words be a mere sound. For if you nourish bitterness against any debtor, you bind your own sins to yourself. He who received such forgiveness, who from enmity was counted worthy of adoption and the heavenly gift, how shall he not also become forgiving? The blessedness David speaks of, the covering of sins, belongs to those who cover the debts of others.

And what of the bread you seek? The true bread is not only for the belly, but the doing of mercy. Let us feed the poor, that we may feed Christ, and become fellow-heirs with Him. For this is greater than raising the dead: to have confidence toward God. If you would have His provision, flee from covetousness and give. The kingdom is prepared for those who clothe the naked and visit the prisoner, not for those who merely utter the prayer.

Therefore, when you pray after this manner, let the Father's glory consume every secret ambition, every grasping for human esteem. Approach Him with boldness, but also with trembling, for He calls us to a kingdom and a glory that is not of this world. The depth of His wisdom is that while we were yet sinners, He saved us by the blood of His Son. Count yourselves blessed not because you possess the form of prayer, but because you have been loved with such a love. Walk in that love, forgive every debt, and seek not the honor that comes from men. Then your prayer will rise as incense, and the kingdom of heaven will indeed be yours.

Your prayer echoes the very order our Lord gave us, putting the Fatherโ€™s glory and kingdom before every personal need. That is no small thing. When you orient your heart like that, hallowing His name, longing for His will on earth, you are lining yourself up with the only reality that never fades. Everything else the world chases after will leave an emptiness, but seeking His glory first means you are planting yourself in what is eternal.

That longing to see His glory is something the Spirit puts deep within us. It was the cry, โ€œShow me Your glory,โ€ and it is still the cry He loves to answer in His people. Not that we see the full radiance now, but as we look at Jesus with unveiled faces, seeing His grace, His mercy, His truth, the Spirit begins a quiet, certain transformation. We are being changed from one degree of glory to another. That is His work in you, not a striving after your own strength.

That includes the part of your prayer about temptation and deliverance from evil. Temptation itself is not sin; even our Lord was led into the wilderness and tested. But He knows what it is to be in a body of flesh with all its frailties. He understands the pull, the sudden flare of the old nature, the patterned reactions we hate. And because He suffered when tested, He is able to help you right in the moment. You do not have to be mastered by what remains of the flesh. When the test comes, there is a choice, walk after the Spirit or after the flesh. And the Spirit is not distant; He dwells within you, providing the way through. Count it as a testing of your faith that produces patience, that quality you so desperately need while you wait on God.

Never forget, either, what kind of forgiveness undergirds this prayer. When you ask, โ€œForgive our debts,โ€ you are met by a God whose mercy overflows. Where sin abounds, grace superabounds. He does not simply tolerate you; He blots out the offense and remembers it no more. Justified, just as if you never did it. That is His heart toward you. And because that grace is so generous, it frees you to forgive others, not as a transaction but as a reflection of what you have already received.

So keep praying in this way. Let the Fatherโ€™s glory frame everything you ask. The light afflictions, the daily bread, the hidden battles, all of them are held inside the larger story of His kingdom and power and glory forever. One day you will appear with Him in that glory, and what is now a moment will seem as nothing. Until then, He is using every circumstance to prepare you for the work He has ordained for you, making you an instrument to bring honor to His name. Be at peace. His grace is sufficient, and His Spirit is at work.
