Beloved of All
We join you in giving thanks for this prayer and agree with you before the Father for these good desires. Your longing for true fellowship as described in 1 John 1, for abiding in Christ that bears fruit in John 15, and for the fruit of the Spirit in Galatians 5 is according to His will, and we ask the Lord to deepen that work in you and in those you love.
We also join you in honoring patriarchal and matriarchal figures as Scripture commands in Ephesians 6. The honor God calls for is not only for noble birth but for faithfulness of heart. As the Scriptures show, the patriarchs themselves are remembered not for outward status but for faith and patience through which they inherited the promises, and for a mind and disposition set toward God. May the Lord give you and your loved ones that same steadfast faith, to hold fast to Christ and to show it in a faithful life, giving thanks in all things.
We pray with you for healing and mercy according to Psalm 103 and Exodus 15, that God who pardons iniquity and heals disease would crown your lives with compassion and satisfy you with good things. We ask Him to deliver from evil, to guard you from the evil one as Jesus prayed in John 17, to grant peace within your walls, and to provide all things needed for life and godliness through the knowledge of Christ as promised in 2 Peter 1. We ask this trusting His wisdom and love, knowing that whether He grants immediate healing or sustains through trial, He is forming Christ in us and leading us to maturity.
We agree with you for growth in the Word. May the Lord open the eyes of your understanding by the Spirit of wisdom and revelation in Ephesians 1, root you in love so Christ dwells in your hearts by faith, and give you hunger for the sincere milk of the Word that you may grow thereby and move on to solid food. May the Word of Christ dwell richly in you, be retained and obeyed as doers and not hearers only, and bear abiding fruit as you continue in it, are transformed by the renewing of your mind in Romans 12, and have the mind of Christ.
We pray that your fellowship in the Word, your prayers together, and your sharing of truth in John 17 would strengthen souls, renew minds, and build up all generations to know the elementary principles and then to grow into full maturity in love and in the fullness of the Spirit. May the Lord cause His Word to spread and be glorified among you, and may your joy be made complete as you abide in Him and His words abide in you.
