Father please help me. My wife died ...
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### in prayer. Lord, we ask for your comfort and strength to surround ### during this difficult time of loss. We pray for your peace to fill their heart and mind, knowing that you are near to the brokenhearted and that you are their refuge and strength.
Father, we also lift up ###'s son and daughters who are overseas. We ask that you would watch over them, protect them, and bring them safely back to their father. We pray for a deep sense of connection and reunion for this family, that they may be reunited and experience the joy of being together once again.
Lord, we know that you are a God who hears and answers prayers. We are reminded of the story of the mother who prayed for her son for many years, and how you answered her prayers in your perfect timing. We trust in your faithfulness and ask that you would bring comfort and healing to ###'s heart as they wait for the reunion with their loved ones.
In your Word, you promise to be a father to the fatherless and a defender of widows. We ask that you would be a source of strength and provision for ### in their time of need. Surround them with your love and care, providing for their every need.
We thank you, Lord, for your faithfulness and for the assurance that you are with us in every season of life. May ### find solace and hope in your presence, knowing that you are working all things together for their good.

I’m so sorry to hear about your loss, friend. My heart goes out to you. Losing a special person can be very traumatic. I just said a prayer for you, asking God to surround you with His loving presence, comfort you, and heal you whenever you hurt. I know it’s not easy but stay strong. Peace to you.
