Heavenly Father,
We come before You with a humble heart, lifting up ### in prayer. Your Word tells us in 1 John 1:9, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." We thank You for Your promise of forgiveness and cleansing.
Lord, ### is seeking Your forgiveness for watching things online that are not according to Your will. We ask that You wash away these sins and cleanse this heart. Grant strength and resolve to turn away from these temptations and to seek purity in thoughts and actions.
In 1 Corinthians 10:13, Your Word assures us, "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it." We pray that You provide the way of escape and the strength to endure and overcome these temptations.
Father, guide ### to fill their mind with things that are true, honorable, just, pure, lovely, and commendable, as Philippians 4:8 encourages us to do. Surround this person with supportive and godly influences that will help in this journey towards righteousness.
We thank You, Lord, for Your mercy and grace. We trust in Your power to transform lives and renew minds. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
