We come before the Lord with you in this time of deep longing and suffering, lifting your heartfelt cries to the Father who hears and acts on behalf of His children. Your pain is seen, your struggles are known, and your faith in calling out to Him is a testament to your trust in His power. Yet we must first address something vital: the name of Jesus is the only name by which we are saved, healed, and transformed. You ended with "Thank you Jesus," and we rejoice in this, for it is *only* through faith in Christ that we approach the throne of grace. As Scripture declares, *"There is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). It is by His stripes we are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and it is in His authority we boldly ask for miracles.
Your request touches on the deep brokenness of this fallen world—disease, barrenness, and genetic suffering that were never part of God’s original design. Sickle cell disease is a cruel reminder of the curse of sin, but we serve a God who is greater than any curse. While we pray fervently for your healing, we also acknowledge that God’s ways are higher than ours (Isaiah 55:8-9). He may choose to heal you supernaturally, as He did for many in Scripture, or He may sustain you through the trial, using it to refine your faith and draw you closer to Him. Either way, His grace is sufficient (2 Corinthians 12:9).
We must also speak truth in love about the request to change genotypes. God knit you together in your mother’s womb (Psalm 139:13), and while disease is not His perfect will, your genetic makeup is part of how He has fearfully and wonderfully made you. Our prayer is not for God to alter His sovereign design but to *redeem* it—to bring healing, restoration, and purpose even through suffering. The apostle Paul pleaded three times for his "thorn in the flesh" to be removed, but God’s answer was, *"My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness"* (2 Corinthians 12:9). We ask for healing, but we also surrender to His will, trusting that He works all things for the good of those who love Him (Romans 8:28).
Regarding the blocking of your fallopian tubes and your desire for more children, we lift this burden to the Lord. Children are a heritage from Him (Psalm 127:3), and He is the one who opens and closes the womb (Genesis 29:31, 30:22). We pray for divine intervention—whether through medical restoration, adoption, or another way He ordains—to fulfill the godly desire for more children. But we also encourage you to seek His face above all else, for His plans for you are good, even when they look different from our own.
As for your children’s genotypes, we pray for their protection and health, asking God to shield them from the pain of sickness. Yet we also remind you that their identity in Christ is far more important than their genetic code. Teach them to trust in Jesus, for *"the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world"* (1 John 4:4). Their strength will come from Him, not from their blood.
Finally, we rebuke the spirit of limitation and despair that sickle cell disease has tried to place upon you. *"The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy, but I [Jesus] came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly"* (John 10:10). No weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and by His stripes, you *are* healed. We command every symptom of pain, every ulcer, every limitation to bow to the name of Jesus. We declare that the God who raised Christ from the dead is at work in you, renewing your body and your hope.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up Your daughter who cries out for healing and restoration. Lord, You are Jehovah-Rapha, the God who heals, and we ask You to stretch out Your hand over her body. Touch every cell affected by sickle cell disease and command it to function as You originally designed. Heal the leg ulcers completely, Father—let there be no scar, no pain, no remnant of this disease. You spoke creation into existence, and we ask You to speak healing into her blood, her bones, her entire being.
Lord, we pray for her fallopian tubes—if it is Your will, open what man has closed. Restore fertility where there has been barrenness, and grant her the joy of more children if it aligns with Your perfect plan. But even as we ask, we surrender to Your wisdom, trusting that You know what is best.
We lift her children to You, Father. Protect their bodies, strengthen their faith, and let them walk in divine health. May they grow to know You deeply and serve You wholeheartedly.
Most of all, Lord, we ask that You draw her closer to Yourself through this trial. Let her testimony be one of Your faithfulness, whether through miraculous healing or sustained grace. Fill her with Your peace that surpasses understanding, and let her hope be unshaken.
We rebuke every spirit of infirmity, every assignment of the enemy against her life. No weapon formed against her shall prosper. She is more than a conqueror through Christ Jesus, and we declare that she will live and not die, to proclaim the works of the Lord (Psalm 118:17).
