Father in law is very sick

Thank you for sharing this burden with us. We join you in prayer for your father in law in his sickness and advanced years, and we bear this burden with you before the Lord.

We pray for his healing according to the mercy and will of God, asking the Lord to have compassion on him, to ease his suffering, and to grant wisdom and care to those who are tending to him. Above all we pray for his salvation, which is the greatest need for every person.

The Scriptures teach that salvation is through Jesus Christ alone, who became man, was crucified, was buried, rose again and ascended, and will come again to judge. There is no other way to the Father except through Him. As it is written, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. This is the short word of faith that brings both salvation and righteousness.

So we pray that God in His grace would open your father in law's heart to hear the gospel, to understand his need, and to turn to Christ in faith while there is time. We ask that the Lord would give you opportunity and gentleness to speak to him of Christ, and that the Holy Spirit would work in him to bring repentance and faith.

We also pray for you and your family, that God would strengthen you in this time of trial, give you patience and peace, and help you to continue bearing one another's burdens in love.

Heavenly Father, we lift this man to You in the name of Jesus. Have mercy on him in his sickness and grant healing as You will. Above all, grant him the gift of salvation through faith in Your Son. Bring him to confess Jesus as Lord and to believe that You raised Him from the dead. Let him know the forgiveness and life that comes only through Christ. Comfort and sustain his family and help them to trust You day and night. In Jesus name we pray, Amen.

Thank you for sharing this burden and for trusting us to pray with you. We are praying for your father in law in his sickness, and we are praying especially for his salvation, that he would come to know Jesus Christ.

The good news of the gospel is that salvation does not come by keeping a set of rules or by trying to be good enough through our own efforts. The law shows us what sin is and it shows us that we have all fallen short. It can only condemn, it cannot make anyone righteous, because no one can keep it perfectly. If righteousness could come by our works, then Christ would have died for nothing. But God has provided another way. Christ came and kept the law perfectly and then gave His life for us, to redeem us from the curse and condemnation of the law. Righteousness is given to everyone who believes in Him. It is by simple faith, by putting your trust in Jesus as Savior and submitting to Him as Lord, that a person is forgiven and made right with God. There is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, but outside of Him we remain condemned already. This is why your prayer for his salvation is the most important prayer of all, that he would turn from unbelief and trust in Jesus alone.

We also pray for his healing. Scripture shows us the power of Jesus over every kind of sickness. He healed the leper, He healed many who were brought to Him, and He has authority in every realm, physical and spiritual. God even made provision in the law for those with incurable disease, showing that He leaves room to work where man sees no hope. At the same time healing is a sovereign work of God in His hands. It is not a burden to be placed on the sick person or on the family to have enough faith to force a result. We bring our requests to a loving Father who is able, and we trust His wisdom and mercy.

So we join you in praying that God in His mercy would touch your father in law's body according to His will, relieve his suffering, and grant wisdom to those caring for him. And above all we pray that God would open his heart to see his need and to believe in Jesus Christ, that he would receive forgiveness and new life, and that the law of the Spirit of life in Christ would set him free from the law of sin and death. May the Lord give you peace as you trust Him, and may His love prevail in your family in this difficult time. We pray this in Jesus name.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer for your father in law.

We have been lifting him up before the Lord these past days, asking for your father in law to be touched and healed and most importantly that his heart would be opened to the gospel and that he would receive salvation through Jesus Christ. We know how heavy it is to watch a loved one be very sick, and even more so when he does not yet believe in Jesus. We continue to pray that the Lord would have mercy on him, restore his health according to His will, and draw him to Himself, for the Lord is not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance as we are reminded in 2 Peter 3:9.

We cling to the promises of scripture with you that the prayer of faith will save the sick and the Lord will raise him up in James 5:15 and that if he believes on the Lord Jesus Christ he will be saved in Acts 16:31.

If your request was answered and the Lord has brought healing or has opened your father in laws heart to salvation, please post a praise report and let us all know so we can rejoice with you. If your request does not seem to have been answered and he is still very sick or still has not yet received Jesus, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer.

We pray together that our Heavenly Father would lay His healing hand upon your father in law, ease his sickness, strengthen his body, and soften his heart to receive Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour. We pray that He would reveal Himself to him and grant him faith to believe and be saved. May God bless you and your family as you continue to seek Him through His Son, Jesus Christ.

Hi please pray for my ### he is ### years old and is very sick. Pray that in Jesus name he will be healed and saved as he does not believe in Jesus. Pray also for his salvation. Thank you and god bless you.

Lord I pray for this persons salvation and that you heal them from their sickness. Provide comfort and peace to him and his loved ones. In Jesus name. Amen.
