We join you in prayer in the mighty name of Jesus, and we rejoice that you have come to the Father in Jesus' name, for it is only through Him that we have access to God and salvation. As it is written, There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12, and Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6.
We lift up your request for healing before the Lord, for He is our healer. We pray that He will touch your body, mind, and spirit according to His perfect will. We remember the promises that He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds Psalm 147:3, and Bless Yahweh, my soul, and do not forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases Psalm 103:2-3. We cling to His word where He says, But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17. We ask for your faith to be strengthened as you wait upon Him, and we encourage you to seek Him and if needed to call upon the elders of the church to pray over you as James instructs, Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up James 5:14-15.
We also join you in praying for a spouse, and we want to gently encourage you in how Scripture speaks of this. The term soulmate is not found in the Bible, but God does ordain marriage and desires to give good gifts to His children. We pray not simply for a soulmate, but for a godly spouse, a marriage that honors Christ. For we believe marriage is a sacred covenant between one man and one woman for life, as Jesus taught, What therefore God has joined together, do not let man tear apart Matthew 19:6, and as it is written, Therefore a man will leave his father and his mother, and will join with his wife, and they will be one flesh Genesis 2:24.
We pray that the Lord will prepare you and prepare your future spouse, that you both will be equally yoked in faith, for we are told, Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers 2 Corinthians 6:14. We pray that your courtship would be pure and with the clear goal of godly marriage to another believer in Christ, fleeing from any fornication or impurity, for marriage is honorable in all and should be kept undefiled. We ask that God will guide you to Whosoever finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor of Yahweh Proverbs 18:22, and that you will seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well Matthew 6:33.
Let us pray together.
Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before You together for this dear one. We thank You for their faith to call upon the name of Jesus. Lord, we ask for Your healing hand upon them. You know every infirmity, every pain, every burden. We ask You to restore health according to Your mercy and will, to strengthen their body and renew their spirit, that they may walk in wholeness and give glory to You. Father, we also ask that You lead them to the spouse You have for them in Your perfect timing. Prepare their heart to be a godly husband or wife, and prepare their future spouse to love You above all. Keep them both pure and patient, waiting on You and not leaning on worldly ideas of a soulmate, but trusting Your sovereign and good plan. Help them to wait for Yahweh, to be strong and let their heart take courage as they wait for Yahweh Psalm 27:14. Let their future marriage be Christ centered, faithful, and lifelong. We ask all this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus, amen.
