Father, I pray for the people of Cockermouth and Workington suffering from the after affects of bad flooding. Be with Heather and Keith as they go out into the community to help the people with parcels of food and clothing.

I pray for the community day in Accrington today, give me the right words to say to bring people closer to You and to each other.

Protect me from the enemy.
