Isn't this the fast that I have chosen: to release the bonds of wickedness, to undo the straps of the yoke, to let the oppressed go free, and to break every yoke?

Fasting is not merely abstaining from food, but it is a time to draw closer to God, to seek His will, and to grow in our relationship with Him. If you are unsure about how long to fast, seek God's guidance through prayer and His Word.

Regarding your health, we pray that God will touch and heal your knees, restoring your cartilages, tendons, and ligaments.

Psalm 103:2-3 says, "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases."
