Thank You EVERYONE and Thank You for hearing my prayers.

I was studying an acceptable fast before the Lord in Isaiah 58. But this verse popped out at me about being humble and repentant. So Lord I hope that I am growing up as a person and a Christian to get breakthrough with this and my last fast to ACCOMPLISH good things in life for proper balance.

"...I will restore the crushed spirit of the humble and revive the courage of those with repentant hearts." Isaiah 57:15

Covid world please humble yourselves and repent and turn to the loving arms of Jesus for rescue and LIFE. Anyone worried about covid, current politics of sin as law and coveting, theft, perversity and KILLING God's children celebrated? IF YOU ARE NOT RUNNING TO JESUS FOR THE REAL HOPE AND HELP THEN YOU ARE REJECTING THE ONLY REAL AND REIGNING KING OF THE WORLD WHO WILL DELIVER US INTO VICTORY FOREVER. Help me humble myself and cling to You like a pair of shorts. Help those oppressed by my failures in health or productivity by helping me focus to COMPLETE ALL NEEDED TASKS. Trying Lord for an acceptable fast before You Lord to make You smile in heaven and me JUMP for joy in renewed health on earth! Praise The Lord forever and ever. We love You Lord!!!! We fast to sacrifice our joy, humble ourselves, repent, get closer to You. I used to not understand fasting at all. Now medicine has finally again caught up to the fact that fasting HEALS. You gave rich and poor, educated or not a free and easy way to heal inside and out. You know everything, You never make mistakes.

The Israelite 11 tribes vs the fallen tribe of Benjamin only fasted 1/2 day to finally be allowed by God to defeat them in battle. JUST 1/2 DAY!!!!

United prayer and fasting has always been used by God to deal a decisive blow to the enemy! Often in the Bible, God's people fasted immediately before a major victory, miracle, or answer to prayer. It prepared them for a blessing! Moses fasted before he received the Ten Commandments.
