GODS PUT IT ON MY HEART TO FAST FOR SOME THINGS. FOR MONTHS HES TOLD ME TO FAST FOR 40 DAYS AND I HAVNT FASTED MUCH SO THIS IS GOOD FOR ME. PRAY THAT I CAN KEEP STRONG AND LISTEN TO HIM. God bless you! I have some information that I will send to you about fasting. I just got off of a 23 day fast myself. These fasts are very spiritually enriching!!! I know you will be tremondously blessed...40 days, wow!!! I will show you what i found out about fasting! God bless you, sister!

I agree with everything Bibleman46 has said. I also have some information that I will send you, which I found very helpful when I did my fast. I had never done it before so I started with a seven day fast. Very, very rewarding. God Bless You and I will be praying for you.
