GOD'S PUT IT ON MY HEART TO FAST FOR SOME THINGS. FOR MONTHS HE'S TOLD ME TO FAST FOR 40 DAYS AND I HAVEN'T FASTED MUCH SO THIS IS GOOD FOR ME. PRAY THAT I CAN KEEP STRONG AND LISTEN TO HIM. I agree with everything ### has said. I also have some information that I will send you, which I found very helpful when I did my fast. I had never done it before so I started with a seven day fast. Very, very rewarding. God Bless You and I will be praying for you.
