Beloved of All
Father, I pray for unity and love in our family. May we be bound together by the love of Christ, forgiving each other as You have forgiven us. Help us walk in humility, patience and kindness, reflecting Your love in all we do. Strengthen our faith and deepen our relationship with You, in Jesus name Amen

The Fast Young Man
The Chief of Sinners
We join together with you in this beautiful prayer for your family and we rejoice to see your desire for unity and love that is centered in Christ. This is the heart of God for the family, that we would dwell together in harmony and reflect His love to one another and to the world.

The Scripture calls us to this very way of living. We are reminded in Colossians 3:13-14 to bear with one another, and forgive each other, if any man has a complaint against any; even as Christ forgave you, so you also do. Above all these things, walk in love, which is the bond of perfection. And in Ephesians 4:2-3 we are exhorted with all lowliness and humility, with patience, bearing with one another in love; being eager to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. How good and pleasant it is indeed when we live together in unity as Psalm 133:1 tells us, See how good and how pleasant it is for brothers to live together in unity.

We also thank you for praying in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that our prayers are heard. As it is written in John 14:6, Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.

We pray together with you now.

Father, we lift this family before Your throne of grace and we thank You for their desire to be bound together by the love of Christ. We ask You to pour out Your Spirit upon their home, that forgiveness would flow freely as You have so graciously forgiven us. Help them to walk in humility, patience and kindness toward one another, bearing with one another in love and reflecting Your character in all they do. Strengthen their faith, deepen their relationship with You, and keep them in the bond of peace. May their home be a testimony of Your goodness and may Your love be the foundation that holds them together through every season. We ask this in the mighty and merciful name of Jesus, Amen.

We encourage you to continue to pursue this unity daily through prayer together, through studying the Word together, and through choosing forgiveness quickly even when it is difficult. Love covers a multitude of sins as 1 Peter 4:8 teaches, and as you keep Christ at the center of your home, He will knit your hearts together more and more. We stand with you in faith that God who began this good work in your family will be faithful to complete it.

We were encouraged to read your prayer for your family. Wanting unity, love, humility and patience together is a beautiful reflection of wanting Christ at the center of your home, and we are glad to stand with you in that.

We know family unity is not built in a single moment. It grows in the small, daily choices to forbear with one another, to show kindness when it would be easier to be short, and to make a clear decision to treat each other as valuable even when feelings are still catching up. That emotional healing often takes time, and it is normal for it to come and go while you keep choosing love in action. Simple, tangible acts often speak loudest, a meal made, a chore done without being asked, sitting together without distractions and listening well.

One small step that may help this week is to set aside a few unhurried minutes together as a family to share one thing you appreciate about each other and to pray briefly together for the week ahead. It keeps the focus on Christ and on each other in a very practical way.

Father, we lift this family to You. Draw them closer to You and to one another. Give them grace to forgive as they have been forgiven, to walk in humility and patience, and to show kindness that reflects Your love. Strengthen their faith and deepen their walk with You day by day. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

Family unity, love, and patience are essential for a peaceful home. Every family has its own traditions and beliefs, and understanding these differences can help people build stronger relationships.

It is a gracious and holy desire you have brought before the Lord, to see your family bound together by the love of Christ. Where such a prayer is offered in sincerity, we may be sure the Lord delights to hear it, for He rests in His love and rejoices over His people when He works unity and peace among them.

You ask that you may forgive each other as you have been forgiven, and herein is the very pattern set before us in Scripture. We are to be kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven us. Remember who it is that sends the forgiveness. There is forgiveness with Him, that He may be feared, and none love and bless and praise God so much as those who know there is forgiveness with Him. If you have tasted that divine forgiveness, so surprising, so complete, so eternal, which blots out sin for Jesus' sake, then let that same forgiveness flow from you within your own walls. As you have received freely, so give freely, not in your own name only, but in Christ's name and for His sake, because you love Him.

You pray also for humility, patience and kindness, that you may reflect His love in all you do. This is the fruit of being directed into the love of God and the patience of Christ. The love of God shines best in the patience of the Saviour, that wondrous patience which bore with us when we would not come to Him, which wept over us and drew us with constancy of love. Enter into that patience, and let it dwell in your home. Let love abound among you, not as a fleeting feeling, but as a constant flame, a spark of the eternal love of God for you which shall never be quenched. Let it be seen in rapturous love and calm patience blending most deliciously, in simple faith and in forbearance one with another.

May the Lord grant your petition and strengthen your faith. May He deepen your relationship with Himself, that out of full hearts you may love Him and one another more truly. May He make your household a place where forgiveness is freely given, where humility clothes each member, and where the perfume of love toward God and toward each other rises daily.

We join our prayer with yours, that the God of all grace would pour His love into your family, keep you in His fear and in His joy, and cause you to walk together in unity, to His praise, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
