Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Thank you for bringing your family before the Lord and asking for prayer for salvation, healing and protection. It is a beautiful and right thing to bring those you love to Jesus in this way, and we join you in praying for each of these needs.

For salvation, Scripture makes clear that God has provided only one way. His Son was given the name that means the Lord is salvation, because He came to save His people from their sins. The grace of God that brings salvation has appeared, and it is offered freely to all. Whoever will may come, and whoever comes to Him He will not turn away. The Bible says if we confess with our mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in our heart that God raised Him from the dead, we will be saved, for with the heart we believe and with the mouth we confess unto salvation. That confession matters now. There will be a day when every knee will bow and every tongue will confess that Jesus is Lord to the glory of God the Father, but then that confession will not be unto salvation, it will be an acknowledgment that we were wrong to reject Him. Today is the accepted time, today is the day of salvation, and we should not put off receiving what God offers, because our eternal destiny rests on it. How shall we escape if we neglect so great a salvation, a salvation so great because it is open to anyone, even the lowest sinner, and because Jesus Himself, the captain and originator of our salvation, suffered to bring many sons into glory and make us part of Gods family. We are saved not by our own ability or works, for salvation is outside our capacity. It is by grace through faith, and even that faith is Gods gift, so no one can boast. We are His workmanship, His poem, a work of grace and beauty. And then, having received that gift, we are called to work out what God has worked in, with reverence and humility, not working for our salvation as if we could earn it, but living out with diligence the new life He has already placed within us, as He works in us both to will and to do His good pleasure. We will pray that you and each member of your family hear this good news clearly, believe it with all your heart, and confess Jesus as Lord now while that confession still brings eternal life.

For healing, we also pray with faith and with submission to Gods wisdom. The prophet Isaiah spoke of the Messiah bearing our sicknesses and sorrows, and Matthew applies that to the physical healings Jesus did, showing that His suffering covers both soul and body. When Jesus broke bread He said this is My body broken for you, and we remember that provision when we come to Him. We believe God still heals. Sometimes He heals instantly with a word or a touch, sometimes gradually, and sometimes through the natural processes of healing He has built into our bodies, which are no less divine because they are natural. There is much about healing we do not fully understand. We do not always know why some are healed quickly and others are not. Even the apostle Paul prayed three times for the removal of what he called a thorn in the flesh, a messenger of Satan to buffet him, and the Lord did not remove it but gave grace to endure it. To assume God must heal in every case in the way we ask is not scriptural. What we do know is that God is compassionate, He hears our prayers for our bodies, and He will do what is best. And we remember that while healing is precious, the greatest miracle He does in any life is the salvation of the soul, the forgiveness of sins. We will ask the Lord to touch any sickness or pain in you and your family, to bring restoration in the way and timing He knows is right, and to give you peace to trust His love whether the answer is immediate, gradual, or sustained grace through a continuing need.

For protection, we ask the Lord to keep you and your household in His care. He knows the bonds of natural family and He also brings us into a deeper family, the family of God, where He builds a dwelling by His Spirit and surrounds His people with His presence. Sometimes following Jesus creates distance with those closest to us when they do not yet believe, but Gods desire is to draw the whole household to Himself and to guard those who trust Him. We pray He will watch over you, give you wisdom in every decision, help you respond to difficulty with kindness and love, and cover your home with His mercy and strength.

Father, we lift this family to You in the name of Jesus. Pour out Your saving grace upon each one who has not yet confessed Jesus as Lord, open their hearts to believe that You raised Him from the dead, and grant them the gift of eternal life today. Lay Your healing hand upon every need of body and mind according to Your will, whether by instant touch, gradual restoration, or the quiet processes You have ordained, and above all let each one know the joy of sins forgiven. Keep them in Your protection, guide their steps, and draw them closer to You and to one another in Your love. Amen.
